She gave us our space but checked in on us. We took a mattress quiz so it helped to fine tune what we would be looking for at that store. We did not buy anything our first visit but at no point did we feel the pressure to either. For that reason, we came back and purchased through Gina and overall had a positive experience.”

“When I walked into the place, Jim the owner greeted me. When I told him my situation, he directed me to the TV I already had in mind. I previously researched the TV and saw the ratings on it. This took place over the Black Friday Sales. I instructed Jim that I wanted it delivered and it was done in a timely manner. Mike delivered it and set it up. Mike even gave me suggestions on my Verizon remote and Surge protecter, which I did get new ones. When the Verizon remote arrived, I had a problem with the sound. I called in to Eds TV and Tim came out on his own time and fixed the audio to my satisfaction. I rarely give a review like this, but they went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. This is my 2nd TV from Eds TV. I strongly recommend them, especially if you want to get the best audio.”

The framing for the new fireplace was 2 days - just what we were told. The next 2 days, the masonry teamArrived. Greg and Andrew did a great job. We may a little adjustment to the plan and it was no problem. The end result is a beautiful new fireplace which is the focal point of our living room/dining room area. Even though we were on opposite coasts, she was always quick to respond, sent multiple samples, design drafts that took into account all the ideas and overall vision I had for my bedroom. She facetimed me a few times to show me textures and combinations to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. It was a pleasure working with Kelly and I will definitely reach out to her when it times for another room redesign.”

“Bondi Furniture is great! We needed to replace our sofa after our puppy destroyed our existing one. We tried several of the big name stores, with no luck. I despise furniture shopping. Poor quality, not my style, overly priced, and annoying sales people. I found Bondi by doing a Google search for stores in the area, so we stopped by to take a look. Mike was awesome! We found three sofas we liked, narrowed it down to two, and eventually picked the one we wanted.It was a comfortable environment. No pressure. We chatted with Mike as we sat on the sofas to test them for comfort. We explained our situation and price range for a replacement. He showed us the details and pointed out the differences in the two we liked. We weighed the pros and cons, went over the quality of the materials of the two we liked, and found the one that suited our needs.Delivery was quick and easy. Mike and John were friendly and professional.Once confirmed that the pup is definitely out of his destructive stage, we'll be back to replace the other one. I highly recommend Bondi!(The nondestructive pup and the cat enjoy the comfort of the new, in-tact couch!)”

“As a buyer, I have visited BCET three times. I came prepared with a list of furniture I was interested in from their website - this is a big place and they have LOTS of furniture, etc. They were exceptionally helpful reviewing my list and showing me furniture that was still available. I am still looking for a dining room table that expands to 168+ inches and one of the sales people on the floor shared her personal cell phone so that we could remain in contact. We continue to communicate re a table.I purchased a wingback chair and was allowed to take the chair home for 7 days to see if it worked with my floor plan (with the understanding I could return it for full refund if it did not). The chair worked so no return.This business was extremely helpful and I have no complaints. If you like used furniture, in good condition, then you should try this place and see what you think. Be sure to leave plenty of time because they have a very large inventory.”
