“The team at Monro Blue Bell went above and beyond on 12/28, fixing my flat and another tire that needed replacement. Ty went above and beyond by personally driving to pickup the new tires when Monro’s warehouse had a delay. And, the tires he got, were less expensive, so his heroic act saved $100+ off the original total quoted. And, with little hope at 8:30am, we were complete by Noon, and our family was off to Poconos for a planned trip. My family will definitely go back for auto services at Monro. Very trustworthy.”

They offer multiple ways to interact from high-touch and in person to 100% web based. Pleasant and professional service consult (Shanise) and efficient service delivery. They replaced the evaporator pump on my Passatt and handled inspection, emissions and oil change plus battery replacement at competitive prices. I look forward to using their services in the future.”

“Amazing. I've been taking my car to a different shop that I've always had a good experience with, but for some reason they were unable to fix my spongy brake problem. Then took my car to Tommy Carrs in Chalfont. Unfortunately, if you read my review about Tommy Carr, there were many problems. Thankfully Reeses has restored my faith in service technicians and the automotive service industry. Great communication, timely manner of diagnosis. They even searched to find an alternative means of replacement of a part that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. This is a traditional business: they still value top-notch, customer service, and their knowledge of cars is evident! 10/10!!!”
“Mavis tire has been my go to place for all my car needs! I called earlier today because my tire pressure was super low, they squeezed me right in when I finished work. Turns out I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it right away for me. Everyone was super nice and the prices are very reasonable. Thanks again to everyone at mavis tire!”
“Stopped in a few Mondays ago for the first time and was helped immediately by Justin. Fully expected to need a new set of tires as the current all terrain set that came with my truck had started to develop that louder road noise around 50-60mph. Justin was able to check out the wear pattern and suggested we turn all the tires around since the tread was still in decent shape overall. Couldn’t believe that it took only about 40 minutes tops to be diagnosed, tires adjusted, balanced and checked out. Everyone at the place was extremely friendly and Justin’s suggestion made a huge difference to ride noise so far. Always a pleasure to find a business that you feel is professional and honest. Will need tires soon regardless and will absolutely come here to get them. Thanks for the help!”

“I wanted to shout out a local business who helped me in a jam yesterday! On my way to the train station, and subsequently backtracking because the road was blocked off, I ran over a fallen tree branch that got lodged in the undercarriage of my car. I tried getting it out by the side of the road but it was really stuck. I slowly drove, dragging the stick along, to the garage at the top of my street but they didn’t have anyone to help me until 8:45am (it was 7am). I drove the second garage and they were awesome!I am shouting out Hometown Auto for not only getting the branch out (they had to put my car on lifts) but doing it in 10ish minutes. And they didn’t charge me anything. Just did it because it’s good to help people. We go here regularly for our car stuff because they’re efficient and honest. And now because they’re good people.”
“I don’t typically review mechanics since they are all usually the same. I’ve been to this location 2 times now with both of my vehicles. The second time was to get a new tire. Was told at the register to come in at noon on Wednesday. Showed up, and the tire wasn’t there because the shipper wasn’t on time. Guy (Pat I think his name is) was extremely apologetic and started dialing numbers trying to fix the solution. While frustrated, I understood it wasn’t his fault and agreed to come back the next day. Next day came and he gave me the courtesy of calling me to tell me the tire was there. I showed up and tire was on within 30 mins. He even waved the install fee. I will be coming here from now on. Any business who can own a mistake (which isn’t even entirely theirs) and go the extra mile to make the customer feel whole is so rare nowadays.”
