First I would change the name of the lodge to " Don't Forget to bring your wallet: At Skytop"
Staff was generally nice, facility and grounds were beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable.
I was not a fan of the pool indoor and outdoor being very very cold... too cold to swim in I don't believe it's heated. .
Also most of the fun activities require additional charges again and again very upsetting at an all-inclusive resort.
The resort had a very low energy low Vibe.... very little to do at night.
If you won a game or activity you got a pat on the back, no prizes no trophies no Metals no gifts nothing... quite anti-climactic
If you are not too sctive snd like a very quiet setting and don't mind paying a lot extra for other activities this place would be perfect for you....

Beautiful hotel, grounds, golf course, friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast buffet and food options for lunch and dinner. Everything was perfect.

Zip lining is the worse it was not safe. Got hurt on the course staff did not care. There was no guidance whatsoever on the course. I love zip lining have gone many times. Pls stay safe and go elsewhere for a zip lining adventure. Rude staff. Guide did not explain any rules or help at all when you asked her a question she didn't know the answer. Just terrible experience. Stay safe go elsewhere. There are plenty of places to go in the poconos for this.

It was such a great trip. Tons of fun activities as well as relaxing trail walk if you prefer. This is our second visit, but we are definitely coming back for sure! Service staff are very friendly and nice and nothing to complain. Food was great as well.
