Beautiful hotel and grounds! Amazing views and activities galore. What a wonderful experience and a perfect place for a holiday family gathering. So many activities to choose from and lots of gathering spots to chat or play a game of cards or just watch the passers by.

For the first time, my husband and I spent Thanksgiving week at SKYTOP. Our children and grandchildren of all ages were with us. Our time together was one we will never forget. The accommodations, activities, staff, surroundings and food were top-notch. Thank you, SKYTOP we will be back! Hopefully this will be an annual Thanksgiving holiday!

Lodge looked spectacular. The staff was extremely friendly & provided top notch service. The restaurants (Lakeview & Windsor) were nice, service was great, food was OK, not great as I would have expected. Activities were pretty well run, staff leaders were very knowledgeable & did a great job. Room (double at the Inn) was nice, but found a good many long black hairs in the bathtub/shower & underside of soap/shampoo shelf looked ugly. Staff did offer a room change (we declined, late at night, already unpacked) & did clean the room the next morning. Negatively impacted the whole experience.

One of our favorite quick escape places. Never disappoints. From check in to check out, we always have a wonderful experience. The friendly staff, delicious food, plethora of activities. We always want to stay longer and can't wait to go back no matter the season.

Not worth it. Room nothing special. Flushing the toilet affected both the shower and the bathroom sink. Flickering bathroom light. All for a ton of money.
After our stay I sent a message to Skytop about my stay ... not even asking for anything ... simply providing feedback -> was totally ignored.
Service from hotel employees while you are there is good though.
Grounds and hotel common areas beautiful.

I recently had the pleasure of Visiting Skytop. This is an historic property that has been renovated. It is in a beautiful location and I would highly recommend this resort. The food is fabulous and consistent and the service is OUTSTANDING and SINCERE. Every person I interacted with seemed sincerely interested in how I was doing and often asked if I was enjoying the resort. I had to unexpectedly leave sooner than I had planned and the staff could not have been nicer. Even the hostess for breakfast in the Windsor Room suggested that I drive carefully. The front desk employees and the Manager treated me professionally, with sincerity and spoke to me like I was the most important guest at the resort. The gentlemen who helped me with my luggage were also kind and appreciative. I cannot say enough about my experience. I will be back one day to enjoy the facility and all of the amenities. Thanks to all at Skytop. You can be very proud of your entire team!

A great place for a team meeting and a conference. I would suggest providing the name and ingredients next to the food item instead of putting them all together. Many people like me had a hard time because I did not know the item name and thus I could not figure out what ingredients were for which item.

Little (Big place) gem in the Poconos with many bars, restaurants and activities like golf, lawn bowling, a game room for the kids, tennis and pickleball. Excellent caring service and a gorgeous property in a lake in the mountains.
