some of amenities aren’t being taken care of the pool is dirty and full of frogs and bugs (it’s almost July) and it was supposed to be open Memorial Day… volleyball court has grass all through it and the basketball court has destroyed net. A lot of false promises from management (not employees).

Make sure you keep a copy of your lease! Organization has some shady business practices and fees pop up out of nowhere that we’re not explained properly to college students. Be aware and make sure you read your lease very carefully before you sign it.
