It’s a great location to campus, but I highly recommend NOT signing an as-is lease. maintenance is poor, and the leasing office is only in it for the money.

Moved in this year and so far it has been a great experience, the apartment is very comfortable to live in with nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen. This is the ideal place to live out of anywhere on campus. Management is great and respects your privacy.
