Communication up until pick up was easy and efficient, and she gave us some great advice in person before we left with our new addition. Jessica also gives you a care package to go, which includes a mom-scented blanket, a bag of dog food, some puppy shampoo and toys, and more. The puppy also comes micro-chipped already. So impressed with everything!
