Smethport Gulf is a friendly and well-run small town tire shop known for great service. The staff quickly changed four tires and an oil change in about half an hour, resembling a NASCAR pit crew. They go above and beyond to help customers, even in emergencies, and handle issues fairly and efficiently. Customers appreciate their kindness, quick service, and reasonable prices.
All around friendly group of people. Went above and beyond to help me with my tires. When something wasn't right (someone else's fault), they went out of their way to do what they could to make it right with me. Amazing people great service.
