Been looking for a new doctor…since leaving MT three years ago , it’s been a struggle…until today! I found her! Dr Goisse? Easy to talk to. She listened and heard me and I felt so comfortable. So happy I found my new place. ?

I changed PCP’s due to coming here once years ago for a TB shot. It always bothered me that I never changed PCP’s to them for years because of how much I loved the experience, so I finally did it. My doctor, Jenna, listened to me, asked the right questions, and was empathetic to my needs. I’ve finally addressed health issues I’ve struggled with for years that I never thought could be addressed. I’m feeling like a changed woman, and loving life completely. I highly recommend Montgomery Medical due to their excellent staff, empathetic hearts, and want to help others to the best of their abilities.

The health care providers and PAs here are absolutely incredible and in the year and a half I’ve been a patient, I’ve never had to wait very long. The PA I see on a regular basis is one of the best, friendliest docs I’ve ever personally dealt with, and the other 2 I had on a walk-in basis we’re great in their own respect. I’m so happy I decided to become a patient here.I would have given a 5 star rating but I’ve had a couple not-so-great interactions with the desk ladies. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend becoming a patient at Montgomery.

I have been a patient here for several years now. I have never had an problem with anything at this practice and the PA’s I have seen have always been very professional and through. I never have to wait very long to be called in when I have an appointment like I have at other doctor practices. They usually get you in for an appointment in a reasonable time. I recommend this practice.

A friend referred me to this practice, I would have been a new patient, the receptionist was rude and wouldn’t answer any of my questions, the you could hear her slam the phone down.

I went in as a walk in patient because the website, along with all of the signs inside and outside the office, said they accepted walk ins. They updated my information, and then decide to tell me they don't accept walk ins unless you are an "established patient". I went in as a walk in several years ago without issue, and then this happens. That either needs to be clarified in every aspect or the information needs to be updated.

Continually keep calling my phone number asking for a patient that is not me. I've told them repeatedly that no one at my number is a patient of theirs and they keep harassing me.

I am highly considering changing out here. I have been a patience since they opened over here. Came over with Mike then changed doctor's for my schedule with work. She moved on to anther practice to bettet herself I guess. Now Im seeing Lisa Chadwick over & she is simply great doctor. But today I was 12 minutes late due too a accident I encounter on my to appointment & I gotten rescheduled for 12 minutes. Something I could not control but they told me 10 minute grace period. I really think that just wrong of rescheduled for November now. I really think it's time to change doctors. Disappointed in there avtoins thete

Extremely disappinted in this place for allowing their PA, Kalina Toth, to be so rude and abrasive to patients and their families especially in a medical emergency. Not only did she not do a thing to help my daughter, she paid little to no attention to her symptoms and when I asked what she could do to help her, she basically said there was nothing she could do. When I asked her a question, she spun around on her chair and said "you can't put this on us'. Well, yes I can since you have been her PCP for a while now. This is an extremely unfriendly place and they have screwed up my father's medical tests, they completely dropped the ball on so many things. I had to call them weeks and weeks after testing was done to see if the results were back and get the results. In particular, Kalina is very abrasive and should not be treating patients.

On Wednesday, March 24, 2021, my son, Jacob had a follow-up at Montgomery Medical with Regina Lewis, CRNP; upon arrival Jacob was seen by Regina Lewis, CRNP, who had never seen Jacob in her life, but was able to pick-up on all the signs that Jacob was critical and needed to be admitted at a hospital to get the necessary care that he needed. During his evaluation by Regina Lewis, CRNP, Jacob had labored breathing and could not carry on a conversation without being winded; Regina Lewis, CRNP, instructions were to go to the hospital emergency room.I thank God that Regina Lewis, CRNP, has the knowledge and was persistent that Jacob needed to be transferred to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.UPMC Presbyterian Hospital accepted Jacob as a transferred patient from WVU Medicine – Uniontown Hospital Emergency Room; Jacob was admitted to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital on March 24, 2021. Jacob was diagnosed with pleural effusion, acute pneumonia; a pigtail and a chest tube were inserted to remove the fluid, also was treated for pancreatitis. Jacob was discharged on April 5, 2021.I will be forever grateful to Regina Lewis, CRNP, for being dedicated, thoughtful, knowledgeable and compassionate while Jacob was in her care, which saved my son, Jacob’s, life. In addition, we feel that Regina Lewis, CRNP, should be acknowledged, because she went above and beyond for Jacob to get him the necessary help he needed.

I was completely satisfied with this hometown office and thought Marcy was really going to bring back her grandfather's good name. Instead the office has declined while the providers do their absolute best the office staff that you must encounter and trust with your follow ups leave more to be desired. The office manager leaves a lot to be desired and has an unprofessional attitude. Your first impression is a lasting impression. And when you are encountered with unprofessional office staff and managers it often over shadows the good care they can provide.

Improved office staff! There is no follow up communication after a miss of a referral it took me following up to realize they missed it. the office staff request payments but has absolutely no idea why they are requesting payment or for what service. They make sick appts and tell you wrong times. Refills are not called in timely. Calls never returned.

Don't waste your time dealing with the unprofessionalism of this facility. A TRUE WASTE OF MONEY, TIME, and EFFORT! Please take some classes on how to treat patients!!!!

I wish so badly I could give this place 0 stars. So many of the workers here besides 1 or 2, MAYBE 3, have the worlds worst attitudes. Especially the receptionists. I’ve heard this from more than one person too. You do not need any insane qualifications or education in order to be a medical receptionist, so it would be really great if they realized they are not above anyone. Kindness is free and most of the people here apparently do not realize that. Do better. Thanks!
