Was a great price but you get what you pay for. Was supposed to take old tar paper off and didn't only 1 roll. Mother law said it was hot up stairs didn't cut holes for the the roof vent. Took us half year to get them to come fix it. Would not recommend was told would take everything off and replace and didn't do that.

JMK did a great job getting us out of a jam. Our roof began to leak one evening during a heavy rain and I called JMK to see if they could stop over and have a look at it the next day. Instead they stopped that evening and temporarily fixed the leak until they could return two days later to replace the roof. They did a great job and finished it in one day and you would barely even know they were there they cleaned up so well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get a new roof.

They had our roof on in a day and siding, soffit and fascia on the next day. Cleaned up afterwards and we couldn't be happier. Any time I need to call Jeremy or Nicole they were extremely easy to get in touch with. All this and they were the most reasonable bid between several other companies. I suggest using J.M.K. Contracting
