“I took my car in last week for a Check Engine light that suddenly appeared after getting gas. I stopped in to see if the service dept could help me and they sure did. I never like dealing with these service advisors cause they always try to rip you off, but I met Scott, a seasoned pro. He asked me a few questions and he immediately knew what the problem was. My Ford has no gas cap and the flap was dirty, allowing air to get in and setting off a code. He showed how to clean it and explained why it sometimes happens. I was in and out in 15 minutes...Thank you Scott!”

While I waited they have a sitting area with a TV and vending machine. The staff that worked on the tires were very informative and polite and explained everything as it was happening. “this is the best place and friendliest people ever. on my way home to north versailles after buying a car from a owner in bell verna i got lost and ended up in uniontown. the car that i had just bought started smoking i quickly pulled into mr tire. the employees there offered to fix my car because they looked and found out the car had a leaking hose. thank god i got lost near mr tire in union town. they fixed the hose and test drove it to make sure i made it home. these were the most friendly and compassionate people ever. i could never say thank you enough.”
