Usually my deliveries are perfect but a few weeks ago someone named Ryan left my new computer down at the bottom of my driveway next to the road. A highly traveled road. In a spot that cannot be seen from my home/windows. PLEASE DON'T EVER LET THEM DO THAT AGAIN ?

Dropped off 2 very large packages for shipment and one small one. Gentlemen working the counter was extremely helpful and very efficient. Especially considering the number of people there.

Because the driver did not pay attention to my big yellow paper message of me refusing my package he delivered it. Now I have to do through the process of getting a return label.
