Dollar Stores in Snow Shoe, PA

“Family Dollar/Dollar Tree greeted me as I passed this once empty building on my way past earlier this year. This used to be a grocery store I relied on as my last place for food and a meal on my way into the mountains. I stopped in today to see if this odd combination store had what I needed to be that last stop again.

While this store does not have all the items the old ShurFine grocery did, most noticeably meat and fresh produce, it has the basics. I was surprised at the variety of items. It really is both stores.

It was clean and well stocked and had at least three employees working. They all seemed nice. I hope it does well.”

“The employee named Becky was extremely warm and pleasant, greeted everyone, and just seemed like such a kind soul. I don't leave reviews often but just from that small interaction I had with her while checking out I wanted to give her some recognition and this seemed like the best avenue :) (also, compared to some DGs I've been to, this one is actually fairly organized and doesn't feel nearly as claustrophobic as my local one, so that was nice too!)”
