Family Dollar/Dollar Tree greeted me as I passed this once empty building on my way past earlier this year. This used to be a grocery store I relied on as my last place for food and a meal on my way into the mountains. I stopped in today to see if this odd combination store had what I needed to be that last stop again.
While this store does not have all the items the old ShurFine grocery did, most noticeably meat and fresh produce, it has the basics. I was surprised at the variety of items. It really is both stores.
It was clean and well stocked and had at least three employees working. They all seemed nice. I hope it does well.

This Family Dollar/Dollar Tree store is a godsend for the local community. While it does not have fresh produce or fresh meats, it offers many grocery and essential items that locals would have to travel at least 30 minutes to get. The Dollar Tree is an absolute gem because it is wonderful that everything is 1.25 and that we have these low cost items in our local community. It is worth shopping this Family Dollar/Dollar Tree combo store often because there are many clearance items at rock bottom prices and the store is very clean and surprisingly large.Highly recommend!

FD Drivers: Very friendly employees. Great loading dock. 'Football field of space in the back to maneuver. Go behind the store to your left and do what you gotta do to back in to the loading dock. It's right off I-80.

As of Dec.16 2023. I can guarantee you that this store is now up and running! I'm so ecstatic, I made it here once before it closed and was amazed by their quality, quantity and most prices of their items. It's a little bit of a drive for me, but it's well worth keeping up a list for. This is in a really rural area, right off 80. We're going back today! Happy Days. Merry Christmas
