Visited this spa for a relaxing evening with friends. The owner is very helpful and the entire atmosphere is relaxing and serene. I did a 45 minute infrared/sauna experience and it was amazing how clear my ears and sinuses felt after. Definitely recommend.

Every experience at Mountain Springs has been absolutely wonderful. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable and lovely to chat with it. She welcomes questions and offers new ideas and helpful resources. The center is beautiful, (inside and out), relaxing and feeds the soul.
