I stopped in looking for a new phone when my old phone quit working. I talked to Alex about a new phone. I told Alex what I had on my Verizon plan and I was not happy with Verizon. Alex was very understanding and showed me what phones was on display. Alex was very knowledgeable and didn’t push anything on me that I didn’t want. Alex showed me an iPhone and explained everything about the iPhone to me and even suggested the iPhone 15 pro max. After Alex got done setting up my new iPhone 15 pro max he took time and made sure I understood everything about my new phone. Alex was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I had Verizon Wireless for 26 years and where I live at cellphone service is very spotty even with a Verizon tower about 2 miles away. I am very impressed about AT&T service coverage and there knowledge staff at the AT&T store. I highly recommend seeing Alex if you need a new cellphone.

Awesome service from the manager Alex. We went in and he was knowledgeable, understanding and respectful. I highly recommend going to this store. We went in with charging issues and thinking about switching from Verizon and after he showed us phones and told us about prices we switched on the same day.
