Excellent service. Immediately took our car after our windshield washer froze due to extreme cold. Let our dogs come inside so they could stay warm. Got us back on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you so much for the hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Your not going to find better. They actually care about your needs and consider that before their financial gain. You can't find that any more and they are actually very intelligent. Look to them to solve hard issues long before a dealer......

I was passing through Somerset on a road trip when my coolant light came on. I have a new VW and a quick google search led me to Blough’s. They were so helpful and got me back on a road in a matter of minutes. From other interactions I observed in the shop, they are very customer focused and care about people.
