  The cashier/Amazon return person LISA (old white lady)!!! AGAIN!! This time with my wife taking back an Amazon package for return. Tell me why her asking for a text receipt is such a big deal that you have to roll your eyes and huff like it’s the hardest thing in the world to do! You literally have to type maybe 5 more keys in your little palm scanner. Pathetic! Please hire someone else to replace this person.

  Inventory needs up date item was not in aisle 14 but I found it in aisle 18 contrary to inventory on computer.

  Pharmacy had multiple walk-in customers and drive through customers and the staff was very helpful and fast. They were very patient with an unhappy customer, explaining calmly what he needed to do. Would definitely recommend using the Somerset location of CVS based on the excellent customer service I experienced.

  Exceeding prices, self checkout is a joke. Thank god for the cashier. App removes coupons that are attached to sale items without notice. Check them as soon as you walk through the door cause mine always disappear.

  Always very friendly and helpful when I come in they have a heart for people they have seen me at my worst and still treated me with love and kindness and the pharmacy is very on time and reliable

  THIS DARK HAIR SKINNY GIRL 19 years old supervisor turned away me from buying a back brace. I asked to see if I could wrap it around and me (outside my shirt) and she acted like I had aides or something. I’m miserable pain but rather than help a customer she would rather be a KERAN! They are all hanging loose in shelf anyways. Wouldn’t have done not hurt to the product. So thanks to her I’m gonna drive to another place to get. What is this generation coming too? It’s crazy! I should have bought them one by one and kept returning them. But I won’t come here no more!! She’s a snobby keran self entitled

  Cashier was VERY rude- refused to look for the price of an item I had a question about - told me to go over to the store scanner and scan the items myself.She also would not refund and ring up order again for my vitamins that was buy one get one free ( so the one bottle was 29.99!)As I was leaving I heard her tell an elderly gentleman she would not sell him a gift card and told him to go!This isn’t the first time I heard this lady tell people she wouldn’t sell gift cards to them. I am cancelling my carepass and never shopping here again

  This CVS has really gone downhill. The store is disorganized, dirty and there’s never a clerk around anymore since they put the self scanner in. The pharmacy is now closed for an hour and half every day. Used to be a pleasant experience to shop there. Not anymore.

  This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever been to. I don’t think I have ever had my doctor’s office call in an order that has not been messed up. One of my scrips is a narcotic. Filling that is always a three day odyssey. Unfortunately, I have to go there due to insurance. Even the front of the store is a mess. You can be the only customer and still have to walk around the aisles looking for a cashier, as they have them doing double duty as stock clerks.
