We have to come here once a month to make a business deposit-the slow service is actually painful. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or the drive thru-the wait times are ridiculous. We bank for personal and business at STC and have always had phenomenal service, maybe we are just spoiled by our banks great service.

They don't answer the phone.. I called in and was on hold for 35 minutes.. I finally just gave up
