Pretty sad when you can’t trust a bank with your money; I went down to cancel a lost/stolen card and they didn’t cancel it for 6 months. The only reason I caught it was because of an automatic charge, which I then had to dispute and deal with longer than intended from their negligence. Not only is it irresponsible, but the people who are there to help you are snarky. As soon as I walked in to close my account I was greeted by a girl who, after asking what I needed, responded “hahaha yeah I can’t do that. Someone else will be with you.” I also heard some whispering about my intentions and received weird and offended looks the second I explained my situation to the same person that “helped” me. This branch needs closed.

They will not answer phone calls. You go there workers just walk in circles watch 1 person taking care of drive thru and front desk.

Worst bank ever!!! Slowest drive thru that you can imagine. And the bank tellers are not nice at all. Especially the short haired old lady. You sit at the drive thru waiting for atleast 15 to 20 minutes each time!!! Get some new nicer fast workers here.... Please!!!

The drive thru at the Somerset East Main branch needs improved. I sat over 5 minutes at the window to have 2 cars get waited on next to me at the canister. I saw 3 tellers inside trying to wait on the inside and the drive thru. After 7 minutes sitting there I left. Hours later I stopped again, went inside. There were 3 tellers. 2 were different people.

Very disappointed with the bank ! I needed official statements for mortgage company and each time what I got was regular activity statements with a stamped bank name address & number. After mortgage company sending this back staying they need more official statements, I was told this was all that was available. After talking to customer service, I was told often times local branches don't like to take the time to do this. I voiced my disappointment to them on phone. When I went in to pick up faxed statements from customer service, they were conviently missing. Finally, after several tellers telling me different things, got what I needed. Very unhappy customer here and after mortgage is approved, switching to Somerset trust !!!
