Hidden Valley Resort is a family-oriented ski resort nestled in the Pennsylvania Laurel Highlands, ideal for a stay-cation or retreat. It welcomes winter enthusiasts of all ability levels with 26 slopes and trails, offering a wide variance of terrain types, including pretty wide slopes for carving. The trails are fun for skiing and snowboarding, providing a great opportunity to fine-tune skills, especially with good snow conditions. It is an amazing and highly recommended resort for families, as most people are cognizant and do not ride recklessly. The resort has a good method for loading the lifts, with not long lines, and offers enjoyable night skiing with ample lighting. Beyond the slopes, the resort features excellent, well-maintained pools perfect for summer, with great lounge chairs and facilities. The Clocktower is open and offers dining, with friendly and sweet staff providing great service. The overall team is incredible. While a bit of a jaunt to town, it remains a secluded, quiet gem and a diamond in the rough, perfect for creating cherished memories.
We had a great family day! We are all brand new to skiing and the staff could not gave been friendlier or more accommodating to help us fit our rentals for boots and skis. The staff at the beginner slope and the chair lifts for trails were very friendly and encouraging! We can't wait to go back!!
