Disappointingly, this particular Lowe's was very unimpressive. There is nobody anywhere to assist with customers questions and when you do find someone, they are unknowledgeable about the department you need assistance in. We were told to wait for a store associate to come back and cut a piece of Polyvinyl Chloride plumbing and nobody ever even showed up. Further, i unfortunately now believe that The Home Depot has more of a wide-variety of inventory and stock. I've always loved Lowe's but c'mon, this store needs a face lift.

Update 10/23/23: More problems originating with Lowes. The Kitchenaid range we had delivered in August was only just recently connected to the new gas line so I’ve only tried to bake in it twice. The pilot light keeps going out causing it to reignite and fill the house with gas. The gas company Red-tagged it. Waiting now to see if it can be repaired. We also ordered a walk-in shower which arrived damaged and had to be repaired. And after waiting 11 weeks for countertops, their subcontractor called the morning of delivery to say the largest piece (where the sink goes) broke!UPDATE 9/19/23: Called the number Lowe's gave me in the comments, held for over 15 mins without an answer and left a call back #. They did call me back from corporate only to tell me that they are unable to override a return policy. Really? Unable to make any exceptions? Range hoods are considered a "major appliance" and you get 48 hours to return it unless you pay with a Lowe's card (which we did) then you have 30 days. With supply chain problems it's difficult to know when to order your appliances. Buyer beware.Spent over $20,000 at Lowe’s the past 2Months renovating our home and they won’t let us return a range vent after we decided we want a microwave over the range instead. We never opened the box. They won’t even give a store credit. ?

I had a great experience today at Lowes.Their system showed all of the components I needed to build a set of stairs for my deck.. After a lot of effort to locate the missing parts they offered me a price adjustment on other items to save me another trip. Both Brandon and Jeremy turned lemons into lemonade. I never asked for a price adjustment. Brandon offered it to help me out. Thank you so much!!!

I bought some gate parts which were defective. I went to change them for good ones two days later with receipt in hand. I told the female at the cash register (Kaitlyn), I wanted to switch the defective ones for the good ones and she just transfered the money over to a bank account I no longer have. I told her, I never asked for the money and the bank account was no longer there. She said, "I don't know how to reverse it." I asked to speak to her supervisor (Alexa), who came and said there's nothing she can do, then told she couldn't leave me with the good parts, as if I was going to steal them. I told her I was going to pay for them (again). She followed me to the cash register and watch while I paid for the parts a second time. I felt humiliated by this lady. I never got the money back either. Why did she follow me like I was going to steal it? Because I'm Hispanic?(Update)Called the 800 number given below and said everything that happened again. I was advised by Alicia someone would contact me. Three weeks later nothing has happened. More waste of my time. By the way, the defective parts I returned were put back with the good parts. I'll rather drive 30 minutes to Homedepot.

Eh, 5 stars, why not. Never entered the store. Did the order online and have it brought out to us. The girl working the orders was polite, and she was quick. There were a few people she had helped before she got to us and I don't feel like we had to really wait. I'd definitely do the ordering online and have it brought to the car service again. Fast, convenient, & simple to do.

I had 16 full sized railroad ties delivered by the Somerset Loew's. They were delivered by flatbed on time. The driver, John, was very nice and helpful. He used his forklift to drop the ties right where I needed them. I tried to give him a tip for his good service, but he declined to take it. John is a great delivery driver and if I order a delivery again, I hope he delivers it.

The only reason it even gets one star is because of a worker that was very good to us after everything that happened. We bought a 4 piece appliance set and grill. It took us an hour and half to get checked out because there were issues with the order. We were told by staff that we would get free delivery and installation. We asked several times about the install. The workers checking us out were very nice, so we were patient. We were told that delivery was going to be that Saturday, however, when we called Friday, we were told it would be delivered on Tuesday. I had to take a day off of work now for this delivery. We got a phone call on Monday that the microwave we ordered was on back order and they have no clue when it will come in and the stove that we ordered won't be able to be delivered till Saturday. We asked if there was a different microwave that is comparable, and she said yes but we would have to pay another $50.00 because the only thing she could do was split the different. the delivery persons came to the house with ONLY the fridge and dishwasher. We were expecting our grill as well, we have not been able to cook now for a week.... When we found this out we called the local Lowes to ask why our grill was not delivered and explained that we were unhappy, and we also asked why they were not doing the install. She was so rude and confrontational that it made me very comfortable and not want to deal with Lowes again. She told us she had nothing to do with her order so she doesn't know anything but there are two different receipts and that's why its on two different trucks. This is a lie we have one receipt which is attached. I tried to explain this and she just got mean and said well the cord for the dishwasher is not even there today so they couldn't install it anyway. So, not only is all of our stuff that we have been waiting for not here but now the dishwasher cord will not be here till Saturday. Again, I asked is she could just price match the microwave for all of the troubles we are having, and she said not absolutely she can only split it so we have to pay $50.00 more..... but she would see if she had a grill at the store assembled and we could go pick it up. To continue that day. There were two delivery persons one was younger and very nice the other was older and extremely rude and in a very big hurry, apparently, we were the last delivery of the day for them. They ruined our trim around both of our doors. and ruined our front door. They bent the track on our sliding door from slamming it open and closed. Got black fingerprints all over our house. Dented and scratched our new fridge. Left the dishwasher in our kitchen in the box. Broke our kitchen cabinet after being told they were going to break it and to stop. The older delivery man slammed our fridge into the space breaking the wall.... After they left we took photos of everything and then the department head called us back. She said she did not have any assembled, but she would give us the floor model, at this point I said we are on our way up to Lowes because we are furious about this issue and the damage from the delivery and we need to talk about it. She said okay, whatever you want to do. We get to the store and wait about 25 minutes for someone to come talk to us apparently the department head told everyone we were coming and told them her story and that we didn't need help, so no one wanted to hear us. We will say we delt with a man, who was professional. He listened and told us he would work on something and had us take the floor model of the grill with a discount since it was floor model. We did not want to take a floor model because we wanted it delivered but we were at the point of we don't want to ever deal with Lowes again.When we returned home, our entire kitchen was flooded. The delivery people had broken the waterline behind the fridge when they slammed it in. It took us hours to clean up the mess and our water bill is going to be outrageous. We had to call a plumber which cost us a lot and we had no water

It was pretty much like any other Lowe's. I was able to quickly find what I needed and checkout was quick with self checkout. Parking lot is quite large with ample spots available.

If there was a negative star I would choose that star. We purchased a refrigerator on 4/24/23. It was delivered on 5/3/23. It did not get cold by the next morning. We called Lowe’s and the service warranty company. We were told to wait 48 hours for it to get cold and no one would come out to do anything before that time frame. It did not get cold after 48 hours. I went in to Lowe’s on Saturday 5/6/23 and reported that the refrigerator was still not working. They emailed the delivery person and said we will receive a call within 24 hours to set up an exchange. That did not happen. We spoke to a manager at Lowes on Monday 5/8/23 who said the delivery party would contact us that night or early morning to make arrangements for the refrigerator to be exchanged at our home on 5/9/23. That call never happened. We contacted Lowes again on the morning of 5/9/23 and that person said the soonest they could do an exchange would be the following day on 5/10/23. When speaking to that associate they kept asking if it is our range. No, it is a refrigerator!We left the refrigerator plugged in and it still has not gotten cold. Just starting to get use to our $17 ice chest. In the mean time we have a beautiful stainless masterpiece that lights up beautifully in our kitchen. Although we had expected our brand new refrigerator to get cold,, instead, we paid $1594.00 for a refrigerator that does not work, horrible service from Lowe’s and a non existent 3rd party delivery service.
