“Poor lighting, poor front access. Sometimes incoming mail delivered to Johnstown and caused three day delay before it comes back. I was told due to a scanning device being inoperable. But, friendly staff that's willing to help. Rarely any waiting time. Tight awkward parking lot. Only one handicap space frequently taken. Only one chair to sit by a table in the corner. Good supplies available”
