Another lousy retail experience. Bought a sectional, was asked if I had a rewards card, but no mention of 15% off purchase with a sign up. Had to bring it up at pickup to get reimbursed.
Was never told to bring help to load into my truck. Just finished loading the titanic into the back of my pickup BY MYSELF. Zero help from any employees.
Lesson learned to buy from a name brand store that cares a little bit more next time.

Helpful staff. A manager and Vincent took the time to disassemble a pergola and load it on my van. I have has good experiences at this store.

My husband and I love this store! The person who makes it the best place to shop is Patrick. He is always warm and kind, we love it that he remembers us and chats about life.

There's a wide range of products here and most of them are good prices.Half of the store is furniture. It's kind of like a Home Goods meets mini Wal-Mart.

Staff was horrible, didn't honor coupons that were valid, and very clearly stated sales/BOGOs (that are right in the app/ad with descriptions of the sale items) - ignored every sale, refused every coupon, and invented a new way of telling time to claim a coupon "expired".
The manager was helping out (I guess) by checking people out, saying nothing about the sales or coupons being ignored, and rushing patrons out the door quite rudely as if they were criminals.
Lost out on a good bit of money because they didn't honor ANY of the sales in the store ad, website, huge signs in the store, or coupons. Huge waste of time & money.
The staff was truly the rudest, most awful I've ever come across.
Would never visit this location again for any reason and will probably have to submit my receipt to corporate customer service to get my money back.
Don't waste time here. Go to the Dollar Store right next to it. Or one of the Allentown locations. Just not this one.

Manager tonight was so helpful, I didn’t grab her name. But super nice and helped us with a simple fix of chips scanning up regular price and not sale price . Simple gesture goes a long way

I had a very rude manager who was Very condsceding that I left with out my refund. Poor customer service!
