  Constantly locking my card due to simple cashapp transactions without notifying me forcing me to use some off app 24/7 “fraud number” which takes 10-15 mins to receive an answer. This exact thing happened numerous time over a few weeks. Stop locking my card

  Horrible customer service. Racist staff. Our business partner attempted to open a business account and the cops were called stating their license was fake. Cops arrived and confirmed it was real. They will lose a lot of business over this. Do better!!!!!

  The Mac machine is terrible. Always a problem! Thinking of switching banks because of this problem!
