I usually enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree, but my recent visit was incredibly disappointing. I was browsing the craft section when I encountered an older employee who was blocking the entire aisle. I politely asked if I could “squeeze past,” and instead of a simple acknowledgment or gesture to move, she got visibly annoyed and launched into a rant about how people do this all day, that we should just pick another aisle, and that everyone should realize she’s working. She even added, “If it sounds like I’m complaining, it’s because I am.”
I didn’t respond and quietly walked away, but the interaction was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I brought the matter to a manager’s attention, but he seemed completely uninterested and dismissive. No apology, no concern—just indifference.
I left without buying anything. I’ll be taking my business to other Dollar Tree locations from now on. Customer service should not be this hostile or unprofessional.

Low stock and long lines. In addition, they have employees who are both incompetent and extremely rude. The store in Hatfield is superior in every aspect.

The worse dollar tree I ever been to was here I never had to experience such until I came here I just so happen to walk a few isles and couldn’t find what I was looking for so I went to the front were I notice three cashiers and I asked one cashier hi can you… (this is were I got stopped and could not finish what I needed help with) Swansea says to me nope no I can’t I said what she said no I’m going on break.. she didn’t offer other assistance or better customer service for me and did not care what I needed from her. This made me Very very very angry as a customer and felt so stupid that she or any other employee can make someone feel because you would think in retail you would be ok with needed help… But I feel this matter needs to go above this store and I would make sure it does because I never had an issue like this before were if a employee did not want to help a customer I would have felt better if she said she didn’t know sad… ?

I don’t leave reviews often. Fix the hours online. Time cannot be replaced. If open at 9am hours should state 9am not 8am.Update: not only are the hours posted wrong, they are late opening for hours posted on door.

if i could give this a 0, i would. my friend went here and was racially profiled and accused of stealing by the manager. if your a person of color, DO NOT COME HERE. they called him racial slurs including the n word, and a monkey.

Great place for inexpensive merchandise. At $1.25 what's not to love. Staff is very friendly. I shop there almost daily

Disorganized, messy, and 0% customer service. I understand being understaffed and under stocked on things, but part of your job is being nice.

The manager accused my black son of stealing something and cussed out my son and said false accusations about him and we found out they were all fake do not come here if your colored or you’ll be racially profiled and falsely accused by the manager he should be fired!!!!

Came to this store an bought a frozen bag of T J Riced Cauliflower. It was frozen , an looked okay in the store. I have bought 100 of this products over the years and never had one that was bad. When I cooked it and opened the vacuum bag the product had a green tint and green liquid. It also smelled bad. I was out of state so I only bought one bag. Before I wrote this review , I came home and cooked another bag that I purchases in Connecticut just before I left and it was fine. The only thing I could say the product might of not been kept frozen all the time in the store. The store itself was a typical Dollar Tree. . The women at the cash register was a friendly older women.
