The customer service on Both ends was amazing. The Manager, I believe his name is John at the Souderton Pa was incredible with his patience with me and Jacob in Ashland Kentucky was very quick and accommodating for my vehicle dropoff. I highly recommend both places.

I had made my reservation on line. When I arrived at the rental station - Souderton, PA the car I had reserved was not available. The agent Zyohn Brockington did not hesitate and offered me a choice of an upgrade at no additional charge. The Genesis 70 was a great upgrade. Credit goes to Zyohn for his enthusiasm and intiative.
