My son is autistic and getting his haircut is a huge challenge. Luckily we found Holly!!! She could not have been any better, it was truly miraculous!! My son looks amazing!!! She knew exactly how to help him not only get through it, but ENJOY IT!!!
Thank you Holly!!!
Everyone take your kids to Holly!! Especially if they have sensory issues!!!

Today I took my 6-year-old son to Great Clips in Souderton for a haircut before his first day of school. We checked in, and the wait time was short. The stylist was polite, and I asked for the sides to be cut short but to leave the top longer. She said she’d look at the top after finishing and adjust if needed—I agreed. The haircut took less than 10 minutes, and while it wasn’t great, I didn’t say anything because the stylist was nice, and I felt that was on me.
A few hours later, my wife came home, and she wasn’t happy with the haircut. She went back politely to ask if it could be fixed. Another stylist stepped in to correct it, and that’s when the problem started. Instead of focusing on the haircut, this stylist began making remarks about me in front of my son, my daughters, and my wife—saying things like “his dad is bald and he’s the one who asked for this haircut.” Even worse, when my son moved in the chair (he’s only 6 years old), she said, “If you don’t stay still, you’ll be bald just like your dad.”
I want to be very clear: this kind of comment is unacceptable—especially directed at or around a young child. It’s unprofessional, unnecessary, and frankly insulting. My wife even offered to pay extra for the correction, yet the stylist still made inappropriate remarks and seemed bothered by the situation.
Since when is it okay to make jokes about a child’s parent’s appearance in front of them? This experience was disappointing and upsetting. Great Clips, please do better. This will be the last time my family and I come here.

I dont Know what has changed in the last few years with this place but we’ve been coming for YEARS bc have always had a good experience. Lately they’ve closed the bathrooms they say “to the public” but even to paying customers. My child was waiting to get his hair cut (which has been a horrible experience lately) and the older lady that works there said he couldn’t use it. A paying customer! A CHiLD!!! Infuriating. Needless to say, their tips will be reflecting the lack of restroom availability for children and paying customers. If we ever go back again.

Took my 3 year old son to get his haircut here and his hair was cut uneven, multiple spots were missed, especially around the ears. The attention to detail was very much lacking. Based on other reviews I read before writing this I would recommend going somewhere else because they dont seem to care here.

Back to school haircut. We checked in online in the app and had no wait. My son's haircut looks great, and the stylist was awwsome! Melissa does an excellent job.

my hair was long but the ends were dead i told her to cut off 3 inches , she cut my hair in different sections to “work smarter not harder” the bottom of my hair is shorter then the top my hair is so choppy , it looks so bad. the first pic is my hair before the second two are after. i just wanted to take my dead ends off but now im gonna have to cut my hair even shorter js to make it even. I explained to her how that was the longest my hair has been in years and she explained how she will do so good and all this and now my hair looks like this. I want to cry.

Really disappointed with the hair cut I got yesterday. Person trimmed my sideburns without checking with me. Did not notice it until I got home. Never going to this place again.

Not up to usual standards. Haircut was choppy and uneven. My instructions are trim around ear NO SKIN SHOWING, leave long at crow, because of “cowlicks”. when I get home I see around ears was cut uneven and skin showing. Might have to start trying other salons
