Never ever again! We purchased a dishwasher and a new stove online. The dishwasher was damaged. Took me literally TWO MONTHS after they received the damaged item back to give me a credit. I think I spoke with 50 different people and they all had the same duh response. No one was able to help at all. Finally someone said oh yeah I see it but you have to go to the store for it. What? Why? I didn't buy it at the store. At this point I was willing to drive to Canada to have this over with. Night after night of being hung up on or met with an I don't care attitude or had no idea what to do to fix the issue. We drove down to the Souderton store and the indignant woman behind the customer service counter kept saying how she was doing me a favor giving me a credit and applying it to my account immediately. One of the Receipt numbers for corporate reference if they even care at all. ---4158-00012-08985 the lady at the customer service counter asked me three or more times for me to do the survey and give her a glowing review. Uhhhh that would be a big no. Change your attitude. We were in the right here. We shouldn't have had to argue for a refund after a damaged item is returned. Nor do we owe you a boatload of gratitude for doing your job. This wasn't a favor it was the correct thing to do immediately! I've waited long enough. Never in a million years would I return! Bad bad experience from beginning to end. Would rather have no appliances than go through that again!

Terrible experience! Just moved to area and exited to order a new washer and dryer. The appliances were delivered one week after order but dryer was defective and washer hose was not installed correctly. Called one hour after install and since then nothing but horrible customer service. When they got back to us they said it was over 48 hours so we will have to wait! Never called the next day and now saying we need to wait another week! SO FRUSTRATING! Information about the problem was misconstrued. AFTER THEY SENT A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and/or INSTALLED INCORRECTLY! A lot of lip service though. Will never buy another appliance from this Home Depot.

Horrible design team... especially when it comes to kitchen design. Their services are even worse, work done by amateurs not professionals. I'm addition, when they are the cause of damage they expect you to be responsible for it and not honor warranty for service.

I hate Home Depot because it's so big and I can never find anything or anyone to help me find anything. I want to Thank You for fixing your customer service. Today was a great day. I had a nice young man help me at the service desk. Then I had a nice lady help me find my bucket tool. I also got help in the cleaning isle. Then when I had trouble finding something else, there was a man standing at the front of the isles who helped me and when I thought I was finished he asked "anything else you need?" which reminded me of my shelf brackets that I forgot to put on the list. What a great shopping day because you made it so much easier. The world is a better place when people help you out. Please don't get robots! Anyway, I will definitely be back!

Do not buy flooring from here and have it installed by their contractor. I had vinyl plank flooring that I purchased from Home Depot. The flooring itself is OK but the people who installs did a terrible job. There are spots where the floor kept lifting and I called continuously to have them come out and fix it. Not only did they never come out but they made appointment requests and I sat home and waited and they never showed. I would never use this company or recommend them

This is my go to home center. They are always very well stocked and have a great selection of items to fit almost every project. The store is typically kept cleaned and organized. I have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and never pushy. The prices are the best around. If you need a hand loading, they are right there to help. They also have a great selection of plants and vegetables throughout the warmer seasons.

I have been going to this location for many years. Honestly this is probably my last visit. I just wanted to pick up deck paint. The person in the department was just so unhelpful and grumpy. I've gotten tons of paint and supplies here and tired of the lack of customer service and willingness to help find something. "I don't know" "I've never seen that before" or a blank stare is not acceptable.Contrary to other reviews though, I have had fairly good experience with on-line order and store pick-up.I have also purchased many appliances here - my last one was a dryer I purchased 6 months ago, the price was alright, but I was charged for new duct work and the installers used the existing duct work. They probably did it last time too!And my biggest pet peeve is that there is no one ever to check people out. I think self-checkout for hardware items is ridiculous and inconvenient. The prices aren't that great - I can get the same items at other stores that probably deserve my business for about the same pricing.

Horrible at fulfilling pickup in store orders!!!Every single recent pickup in store order I've placed has contained the wrong items or is missing items.So any time savings you thought you would get by avoiding searching through the endless isles is immediately lost because you need to keep going back for the right stuff or the crap they just left off the order.Whoever fills the online orders should be fired immediately. They are completely inept to put it as nicely as I can.

My review would be don't order any installation products from this store. We special ordered an interior door at the beginning of June. We were told it would be ready by the end of July. We called mid-July, the representative told us it would be ready in a few days. With no calls back, we called back toward the end of July and were told there was some issue with the door. We were still calling in August (since the store provides no updates) when they mentioned that the installation was two months out and would only be schedule when our door arrived. After waiting the entire month of August for an update, we complained. They agreed to put the door installation on the calendar for September even though the door was not delivered yet. By the end of September, the door was delivered and installed. Unfortunately, the door is defective. The privacy glass on the French doors was not installed properly (which we could not see during installation because were told not to remove the plastic film because the door needed to be painted). One section of the plastic fell off, and we noticed it was not the correct glass. That means some of the door panels were the privacy glass (which we paid extra for) and some were not. Still trying to deal with this with the manager who seemed almost annoyed by my phone call. Customer service is horrible. No one returns you're phone calls. Managers are indifferent. Shop somewhere else.
