Network Concepts has an amazing staff of IT experts who are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. The Borough of Hatfield has relied on this company for a long time and as such would recommend this organization to anyone seeking IT services.

I was really skeptical about getting work done on a 5 year old $300 laptop. I pushed it off for months and was so frustrated with the laptop.
I wish I would have jumped on it sooner. Network Concepts did an amazing job. I had 100s of malware files running even with mccaffee running and didn't even know it. I dropped it off and they did a great job fixing it up and saved me having to replace the whole thing at a third the cost.
Super friendly and very professional. Do worth the work they did.

We've always had great customer service and very few return calls for issues. The company has seminars that are helpful and offers parties to meet other local companies. They have a nice newsletter that has useful information. We love our service tech, Evan. Super nice, very reliable, and always gets the job done. Thank you!

My company hires Network Concepts to handle a variety of IT work that is beyond our capabilities. This includes server setup/migration, email spam issues, local/offsite data backups and network security. They are knowledgeable, courteous and always respond to our needs quickly. Our company is currently expanding into larger facilities and we will continue to use them going forward.

When my organization, Indian Creek Foundation, was ready to switch companies for web hosting and design, we decided to look for a local company who could make onsite visits, if necessary. We made the change to Network Concepts and have had nothing but positive experiences. Network issues, virus containment, web development: whatever your needs are, they can handle it.

I had a network problem that was plaguing me for a couple of weeks. I got tired of dealing with it so I called Networks Concepts. They came out the next day and fixed my issue within minuets. He also offered a few suggestions for issues I didn't even know I had. Probably headed of some problems before they became problems.
I had them come out a year ago when I still had my old DOS system. They were very knowledgeable with dos and had me back up and running in no time.
I highly recommend Network Concepts and they are reasonably priced.

Well, what a waste of time it was going here. They called me in an hour after I left and said, we found a custom part in your laptop and won't work on it for liability reasons. How Lame, it was already broken and it was my personal laptop, not work related. I am good with computers, but didn't want to spend the time debugging what was wrong.
I am typing this on the computer you failed to fix. Just FYI: My CMOS Battery holder had chipped so the battery comes loose now and BIOS reverts to default settings, which is NON-UEFI Mode. My Win10 was installed in UEFI Mode, but the error post-bios was just "No boot media found", I figured this out in about 2 hours of testing when the CMOS just popped out! (I had to hold it in place, change the BIOS settings while holding it and reboot. It is now on, and not going to be restarted till I have time to install in Legacy Mode) But, I've rather just payed somebody who could have done it since I worked 8 Hrs today and had 3 Hrs of school.
Thanks for wasting my time and not even trying because you were too afraid. How Lame.

Prompt service at a very good price. They serviced my laptop and had it back to me within 48 hours. Would definitely do business with them again.
