Had a front desk person that helped us reek of onions and some sort of south asian spice while she took my blood. I couldn't quite breathe comfortably during the whole time. Also felt rushed to pay and leave.

Warning: Avoid this establishment.My mother had a distressing experience with one of the staff members. The employee insisted on withholding services until my mom settled the remaining balance from her previous visit, despite the fact that the balance was pending insurance coverage. The staff member claimed to be "locked out" of the system until payment was made, disregarding my mom's explanation that she was working with the insurance company. In a dismissive manner, the staff member told my mom to "leave" with a hand gesture pointing to the door, acting as if her service was complete.Considering my mom had already endured a 12-hour fast, she reluctantly decided to pay upfront. Throughout the procedure, the staff member maintained a rude demeanor.Upon returning to work, my mom received a call from the worker, admitting they forgot a necessary procedure and pleading with her to come back. Unfortunately, due to inflexible work hours, my mom couldn't accommodate the request. This indicates a lack of professionalism and organization on the part of the staff. It is surprising that the worker cannot follow a simple list of procedures.The staff member in question appears to be inadequately qualified and solely focused on securing payments rather than assisting customers. Now, my mother is required to return, pay again, and undergo the missing procedure.Quest Diagnostics claims to be dedicated to "continuously improving human health through the delivery of quality diagnostic insights." It is recommended that Quest Diagnostics in Souderton reevaluates its employees, as the behavior of this particular staff member does not align with the company's mission. Threatening, mistreating, and prioritizing financial gain over customer care are not conducive to improving human health.Lastly, I highly doubt that the system would lock someone if the payments were missing. How would someone be even able to sign up for an appointment ? It doesn't make sense. Seems like a threat for immediate payment. I'd love if this branch could confirm that it is true. I don't appreciate staff members lying to their employees.

Can't recommend this place. I'm a driver, took a regular drug test. As a result, the nurse made a mistake and put a mark in the document in a different place. I had problems at work, I couldn't work for two days and lost about $400. It was impossible to solve anything over the phone, I went to the laboratory three times, but the laboratory assistants did not know anything there, the nurse who took my tests did not come to work, and the supervisor went on vacation. In the five days that I and the employees from my work resolved this issue, time and nerves were wasted, which no one will return. I also want to say that other employees in this laboratory tried to help me. Conclusion - one employee can ruin the reputation of the laboratory. If an error occurs, it is very difficult to solve something. Customer focus is markedly 0.

Both my roommate and I needed to get blood tests done. We were very nervous, but the doctor that saw us was very friendly and calming, making lighthearted jokes to ease us. They were able to see us earlier than our appointments. The facility itself was also very clean!
