The associates are forced NOT to upgrade or sell phones without a purchase of an accessory. What kind of company FORCES you to make purchases?? That's like to mcdonalds for a burger, but they won't sell it to you unless you buy the meal. Absolutely ridiculous practice of business

Second time trying to use this store, second time just going to Quakertown. Went in to see if my Pixel 6 screen could get repaired. There was a large lad working there who immediately was extremely rude going off about how Pixels are built like trash, how he would have forced me to get insurance if he had sold it to me, and how the screens arent repairable because the backlights are built in, so repairing it has a 90% chance to make the backlight explode. This is simply just wrong, as a quick Google search shows the entire display is a simple ribbon cable plug and play design. Would take a couple minutes. Decided to just upgrade to the Pixel 8. Both employees entered the back room where I heard them talking about how the phone was behind a 10 minute time lock. Guess they didnt want to wait because they came out and lied, saying they don't have it. They were literally holding the door open while talking about the time lock. Just go to Quakertown and let this place close.

Went this morning at 10:30 and the store was closed. Supposed to open at 10. I would suggest calling to see if they're open before you go.

Our family Switched in May. We were promised a plan with multiple discounts. We kept asking if this was correct. Turns out it wasn’t. Our bill was much higher than expected. If we would have known that we wouldn’t have switched. We have been spent many hours on the phone with TMobile for months trying to resolve. Always being told it will be and what the store told us would be honored. When we try to call this store no one ever answers the phone. We want answers

The new manager Bobby and the rep sky were kind, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store and wish there were more places who had employees that treated their customers this well!

Rob and the young woman working there were knowledgeable and curtios and made my experience pain free. They made the entire process pain free and really seemed to know how to get things done. They were fast and efficient and got me set up and out of there very quickly.Thanks againScott

This place lacks basic customer service in an age when you can just get things online, it’s a real shame. When we walked win, we approached the big blonde hair dude and he gave little to no effort to answer questions or assist. He seemed disinterested in earning a sale. We were there to spend money. I inquired about trade in value of some old phones multiple times and he never answered my questions directly. When I asked again and showed him that online there is trade in value he back peddled with some excuse. Another guy tried to jump in to sell a Chromebook bundled with the phone which we didn’t care or ask about and after we told him we weren’t interested he walked away and that’s the last we heard of him. The dude walked his own sale.

HAD A TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH SETTING UP / CONVERTING AN EXISTING PHONE TO A PROTECTION PLAN REPLACEMENT PHONE. THE STORE REP SKYLYNN WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY DETAILED. SHE PROVIDED AN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SEE SKYLYNN FOR ASSISTANCE AT THIS LOCATION!

My daughter called this store to get help for my phone. I was locked out of my apps. Paul was TREMENDOUS in helping her to get it unlocked. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind with us. My husband prefers the Souderton store whenever we need help! Paul is a GREAT asset to T Mobile. Thank you Paul!!!!!

This store should be a training place for working at Tmobile. The employees of the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome instead of a bother. Very positive and friendly. Great experience!

Couldn’t be more disappointed in the service I got from this location. Not sure if the rep Paul didn’t want to help or what. I know they get commission, so they should be happy to help people. I walked right out and took my business to the Verizon store down the street. I’d definitely read the other reviews before stepping foot into this location. He also smelled like pot. Bad business at this location.Edit: I see that Paul wrote himself a good review, probably to make the ratings go back up. Do not believe that post at all. Paul is a fraud.

The man with the ankle monitor reeked like weed. He was extremely rude to me and my fiance. He called me horrid names and told me to leave the store. All I did was ask to buy a phonecase and I guess it was too close to the closing time for him. I came in at 7 and they close at 8. This behavior is not acceptable.
