The Rental Center employees at the Souderton, PA Home Depot are fantastic. I use this Rental center frequently and they are always very professional, knowledgeable and give excellent customer service.

It's fine, but assume the person you return to is going to be more strict and care more than the person who checked your vehicle before you got it. I had to pay for someone else's gas because, I made the mistake of assuming it would be ok returning with more gas than I received it with. But it's on me for not complaining at the beginning, I guess.

Wanted to buy a Halloween display item. Only wanted to give 10% off. When I asked to see the manager the gentleman told me he spoke with the manager. What poor customer service that the manager won’t come out to speak with a customer. Guess they were to busy playing on their phone. 0 stars.

Never ever again! We purchased a dishwasher and a new stove online. The dishwasher was damaged. Took me literally TWO MONTHS after they received the damaged item back to give me a credit. I think I spoke with 50 different people and they all had the same duh response. No one was able to help at all. Finally someone said oh yeah I see it but you have to go to the store for it. What? Why? I didn't buy it at the store. At this point I was willing to drive to Canada to have this over with. Night after night of being hung up on or met with an I don't care attitude or had no idea what to do to fix the issue. We drove down to the Souderton store and the indignant woman behind the customer service counter kept saying how she was doing me a favor giving me a credit and applying it to my account immediately. One of the Receipt numbers for corporate reference if they even care at all. ---4158-00012-08985 the lady at the customer service counter asked me three or more times for me to do the survey and give her a glowing review. Uhhhh that would be a big no. Change your attitude. We were in the right here. We shouldn't have had to argue for a refund after a damaged item is returned. Nor do we owe you a boatload of gratitude for doing your job. This wasn't a favor it was the correct thing to do immediately! I've waited long enough. Never in a million years would I return! Bad bad experience from beginning to end. Would rather have no appliances than go through that again!

Terrible experience! Just moved to area and exited to order a new washer and dryer. The appliances were delivered one week after order but dryer was defective and washer hose was not installed correctly. Called one hour after install and since then nothing but horrible customer service. When they got back to us they said it was over 48 hours so we will have to wait! Never called the next day and now saying we need to wait another week! SO FRUSTRATING! Information about the problem was misconstrued. AFTER THEY SENT A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and/or INSTALLED INCORRECTLY! A lot of lip service though. Will never buy another appliance from this Home Depot.

Horrible design team... especially when it comes to kitchen design. Their services are even worse, work done by amateurs not professionals. I'm addition, when they are the cause of damage they expect you to be responsible for it and not honor warranty for service.

I would not recommend purchasing countertops from this establishment. The installers bent my sink and left a mess. All Home Depot did was tell me I would get a phone call from the fabricators. Maybe I should have purchased directly from the fabricators instead of Home Depot? I've heard nothing from the fabricators.

I hate Home Depot because it's so big and I can never find anything or anyone to help me find anything. I want to Thank You for fixing your customer service. Today was a great day. I had a nice young man help me at the service desk. Then I had a nice lady help me find my bucket tool. I also got help in the cleaning isle. Then when I had trouble finding something else, there was a man standing at the front of the isles who helped me and when I thought I was finished he asked "anything else you need?" which reminded me of my shelf brackets that I forgot to put on the list. What a great shopping day because you made it so much easier. The world is a better place when people help you out. Please don't get robots! Anyway, I will definitely be back!

Stay far away from this store. We made the mistake of ordering carpet, vinyl flooring and appliances from the Hilltown, Pa store. Vinyl was installed in the kitchen, no issues at the time. The very next day the appliances were delivered, what a different experience that was. The dishwasher was not installed correctly, it functions but looks like hell. The range was found to be damaged but they decided to install it anyway telling us that we could use it until the new one arrived. Sounded reasonable at the time. When I called to follow up I was told that is not how they do things and that no range had been ordered, they also told me that if we saw damage we shouldn't have signed for it. I could see they were trying to blame it on us, like it was our fault that their delivery team didn't follow their procedure. When I pointed out that we had their delivery team sign on the original receipt that the range was damaged they change their attitude and ordered a new range for us. You would think everything was going to be fine now, just a misunderstanding. WRONG ! So their delivery team shows up a few days later to install the new range. When he pulls the damaged range out, the brand new floor that was just installed by them a few days prior is torn to shreds ! I couldn't believe it. I immediately told him to stop and called the Hilltown Home Depot and spoke to an Asst Mgr, he assured me that clearly it was their fault and that they would stand by their work. I wasn't happy but I was relieved. I told the installers that they could finish the install and at that point the lead installer got all indignant and said he was not gonna be held responsible for the damage and stormed out. He left the range in the middle of my kitchen and just left. This occured the saturday before Thanksgiving. My floor is ruined, I have a range sitting in the middle of my kitchen and Thanksgiving is days away. I immediately drove to the store and spoke to the ASM. He apologized for the poor experience and told me he just got off the phone with the install company and that they had escalated the complaint and again assured me that they would make things right. He told me that he had also started a claim with their insurance company to address the damages to our floor. Again, I wasn't happy but felt relieve that things would be addressed and straighten out. Well it is now the day after Thanksgiving and not only are things not resolved but I still haven't heard from anybody yet. This incident occured the Saturday before Thanksgiving and it is now the day after, that's 6 days and I still have not heard anything !!!! Haven't heard from the ASM, no follow up from the Store Manager, nothing from the Installers, or their Insurance Co. Haven't heard from the District Manager either, and I know that they are notified whenever a claim is started. NOT A WORD FROM ANY OF THEM. They got $10,000 of my money between the carpet, vinyl and appliances, I guess that's all that matters to them. We still have the upstairs that we planned to carpet as well as new cabinets to finish the kitchen, but they will never ever get another cent from us. And I will tell anyone who will listen about the experience we had from the team at the Hilltown Home Depot. So if you're thinking about purchasing appliances or flooring from Home Depot I would think twice. Make the trip to Lowe's, even if they're further away. I wish we did.

Don't believe what any of the Home Depot Installation sales reps tell you about their windows/doors "Double Lifetime Warranty." It's simply not true. Labor is not covered beyond 1 year! Look at their contract verbiage below. When I inquired about the discrepancy, this was my reply: "My understanding is the line references our lowest warranty that was available on an American Craftsman window which is 1 year and the others would in essence be an upgrade to it. I can assure you having been with Home Depot in the window installations business for over 8 years now they consistently favor on the side of taking care of the customer including any service concerns and issues." It's b******* because the salespeople will be long gone by the time you file a claim. It's what's in the contract that you sign that matters in the eyes of the law; not a marketing brochure or something said in an email. Plygem/Simonton's customer service rep, Mikka, told me that they get lots of complaints from unhappy customers when Home Depot does not honor the warranty. Moreover, they told me HD's (underpaid) subcontractor installers make a lot of mistakes. All confirmed by Simonton's supervisor, Lori Hendershot. The 6500 series window itself is warranted for 20 years and prorated afterwards. This is taken from their contract. Workmanship is only for 1 year! 7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES: (a) Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, Home Depot warrants for 1 year from the completion date that all Services shall (i) be performed with good workmanship and (ii) conform to the requirements of the Agreement. During the warranty period and within a reasonable time after receiving notice from You of a warranty claim, Home Depot may, at its sole option (i) correct or replace each Defect, or (ii) remove each Defect and refund the full purchase price thereof to You; provided, however, that all warranties are voided if (1) anyone other than Home Depot or Service Provider performs work upon or otherwise modifies any materials or Services provided under this Agreement, or (2) You fail to pay Home Depot as provided in this Agreement. (b) Limitation on Warranties: THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN PARAGRAPH 7A, IN THE WARRANTY SECTION OF THE AGREEMENT, IF ANY, OR IN THE STATE SUPPLEMENT, IF ANY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE OR GIVEN BY HOME DEPOT OR SERVICE PROVIDER, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY FOR FITNESS OF PURPOSE, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR ANY OTHER ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. HOME DEPOT'S EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED FOR ANY DEFECT CAUSED BY ABUSE, MISUSE, NEGLECT, ACTS OF GOD, LACK OF PRESCRIBED OR STANDARD MAINTENANCE, OR IMPROPER CARE/CLEANING. ANY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES PROVIDED FOR GOODS, MATERIALS, OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE PASSED THROUGH BY HOME DEPOT TO YOU, AND YOU AGREE TO LOOK SOLELY TO SUCH MANUFACTURER FOR REMEDY OF ANY DEFECT IN SUCH GOODS, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT. HOME DEPOT MAY ASSIST YOU WITH WARRANTY CLAIMS AGAINST MANUFACTURERS.

Do not buy flooring from here and have it installed by their contractor. I had vinyl plank flooring that I purchased from Home Depot. The flooring itself is OK but the people who installs did a terrible job. There are spots where the floor kept lifting and I called continuously to have them come out and fix it. Not only did they never come out but they made appointment requests and I sat home and waited and they never showed. I would never use this company or recommend them

The employees are friendly and the store is clean. My main complaint is that there are several customers in the store without masks despite the huge signs (everywhere) stating masks are required. Employees say it happens all the time and they aren't allowed to say anything
