“I recently had to have my new (used) car towed to Hometown Auto. I had parked the car in the driveway and noticed a huge puddle of antifreeze. The place where I purchased had the car towed and I called Hometown to let them know that the vehicle was on the way. The owners were so friendly and professional. Towing our 5th wheel up 81 in the pouring rain to a romantic anniversary weekend to the finger lakes…….our truck broke down! 2 tow trucks were sent to us …one for the truck and another for our 5th wheel. They proceeded to take our camper to a nearby campground and park it on a site for us to stay while they towed the truck off for repair. The truck was repaired the next day and at this moment we are……on our way to the finger lakes !From our panicked first call to paying the bill (very reasonable!) we couldn’t be happier with our experience. In contrast, I went to auto zone in carbondale PA and was completely ignored. If you don't want to be invisible, go to Mussari auto parts. Not a big box store, but old fashioned customer service!”

“I had an issue with an older car that left it un-drivable. I gave them a call 5 minutes before close on a Saturday and they recommended a quality tow service. I hadn’t even made an appt and they already had a busy week but got me in. Marty himself is super nice, gave me call and told me what was needed. Everything was ordered and even though we had a surprise heavy snow, still got the car out quickly. The shop is super clean and the both he and the other gentleman were put together and professional. I find you can assess the quality of work being done by the state of the shop and mechanics. They said some people may think their prices are a bit high but they can work on new vehicles which require advanced diagnostic and corrective machines. I found their price to fix my car comparable to what another shop had quoted but also did 2x the work as I was about to have the same issue in another line. Overall, I highly recommend them for both new and old vehicles and will definitely take them any work I need done in the future.”
