I’ve been a customer of CBL since 2011. They had gotten pretty expensive over the years and their new location was not convenient for us at all, so we decided to switch to a new Vendor who would be closer.
We found a vendor who is closer and cheaper and they asked for our.DST file, which is the file needed by stitching machine.
I had paid CBL custom apparel to create that file for us when we were first became a Customer. The transaction was logged into our QuickBooks account.
Well, I approached CBL to get a copy of this file The lady who answered the phone said it was not their company policy to give these files out to their customers. I proceeded to tell her I had paid for them to create this file and have ownership rights to the file. She then said she had to talk to the owner. After a little bit of back-and-forth, the owner called me and said they had no record of me ever paying for that file and if I wanted the file, I would have to pay them 250 Dollars!!!!
What a crock of BS! The owner downright lied. I absolutely paid for it And have record of it.
After all these years of using them, I will never go back to them again or recommend them. The place I’m using now is cheaper. They created a new .dst file for me at the cost of $70 and gave me a copy of the file so I never have to have it created again.
If they charge you to create that file, you have ownership rights to it, and if they refuse to give it to you, do not use them go elsewhere.

First time at CBL. Asked if they had no slip shoes and they helped finded a good pair of shoes. Not a large selection, but a good shoe at a good price.

So happy with the aprons for our gingerbread house decorating party! The embroidery was beautifully done, turnaround was just a few days, the price was very reasonable & the staff was super friendly & helpful! Overall a great experience & I’d definitely recommend CBL & use them again! Thank you!!
