Long overdue review but this is the best bank I’ve ever used. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You get a very personalized banking experience which is what a neighborhood bank should be. You’re treated as a friend and neighbor rather than an account number.

Instead of going to a retail store or another place like a normal person to get $20 in change I went to a bank. The bank teller was helpful though.
