I went to the Brownsville Rd store and Nasser and Ben are the best! It was a very long process getting 4 phones, 2 watches and an iPad set up and out the door but these two guys made my experience fast fun and understood! Kudos to this store and these two employees!!!!! Great experience! 5 stars!!!!

I went to the store to return equipment and the store could not or would not accept my equipment. It was ridiculous so I had to drive all the way to another Verizon store. My advice is don't waste time at this Verizon store. They said they couldn't find my account number and their system so they couldn't allow the equipment to be returned.

Excellent service. Ben took the time to help me understand the phones and plan features. I ended up trading in my 5 year old phone, getting a new S25 Ultra and switched to a new plan with more features. Then still saved $5 a month with a 3 year price lock. Ben also made sure the phone was working perfectly before I left.

Ashley did a fantastic job! So personal, patient, and positive! Took so much time to transfer everything from an Android to my new iPhone! So grateful and so excited to use my new phone.

This was the most seamless Verizon experience I have ever had. They took us back quickly. Immediately knew wheat was wrong with my phone and even were able to update my plan to get us a $30 discount a month all within 15 mins. I could not recommend this location more!
