TOPS Friendly Market is a well-stocked and spotless grocery store that offers a pleasant shopping experience. While prices for name brand items may be higher than at Walmart, customers appreciate the lack of crowds and the store's intuitive layout, making it easy to find what they need. The staff is described as friendly, pleasant, and helpful, often going out of their way to assist customers in locating items. The store features a good selection of decorated cakes and offers sales on perishable groceries and pet care products. However, some customers have noted that the self-checkout registers can be slow. Overall, TOPS provides a more enjoyable shopping experience compared to competitors, particularly Walmart, which is often seen as frustrating to shop in.
