The team at AAA Penn is outstanding. Every time I’ve visited, they’ve gone above and beyond to help me navigate some non-standard car registration processes — and they’ve nailed it every time. The staff is not only friendly and customer-focused, but also impressively knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you leave with exactly what you came in for (and often more). It’s rare to find a place this capable and service-driven. Highly recommend.

Beth at AAA provides horrible and long registration service. Pay couple dollars more and go somewhere else!

Tried to register my 5 foot trailer here. They said I needed a certified mechanic to inspect it, which is not correct. I left there and went down the road to another business to immediately register and get plates. All they needed to do was verify the serial number on the paperwork and the trailer. Apparently they didn’t want to take the time to do that. Don’t waste your time going here.

Only went in today for a passport photo. Hardly need to get maps or tour books anymore with everything online. Bus trips or bus tours or just too expensive

My husband and I went to AAA North Penn to get a car title transfer and registered to PA. Shelia waited on us and did her job very well. There was some bad vibes and tension between some of the workers. Some of the workers were not very friendly :(
