When getting my nails done the woman kept complaining about how uneven my nails were and filed then down extremely thin. They looked good but felt very weak afterwards. That same day, one of my nails fully broke off from how thin they were shaved (my real nails by the way). I came back in and they were understanding, but since then it has been less than a week and two more have broke off, and one is close to. I’m extremely disappointed unfortunately. I attached images of the before and afters.

They infected my nails. When I told the manager about it, he didn't even apologize. He was rude. For your health, I won't recommend this nail salon.

They do a nice job on nails and I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened for years. The last few times I went in, the prices were extremely high. I get the same service every time and every other week I go the price is different depending on who’s doing my nails.
Ask the price before you get anything done and hold them to it. Also, the last time I went in, they had 4 people work on my nails total and each one expected a tip! I usually tip $25 for mani/pedi but I can’t give $25 each to 4 different people.

They get the job done but it's not anything super impressive. Some of the staff are very lovely while others are pushy. Facility can be cleaner, the pedicure chairs look like they haven't been wiped down for a while.
They pressed too hard on my nail plate while removing/ cleaning up cuticles with their electronic file. This caused a dent, otherwise known as ring of fire, on my plate. This left many of my fingers in pain even two weeks later. I don't think it was necessary to use an electronic file on my natural nail plate. I can tell apart the new growth versus the shaved down layer.
Best to come here during off hours since that's when they seem to be more attentive! But with the conditions my nails were left in I won't return.

The female workers in A+ nail salon are prejudice. You can make appointments and they’ll still take walk in customers before you and they don’t have appointments. They’re just walking in. I got my nails done today. I pay $75 for later on that night for one of my nails to lift up. It’s ridiculous. They do not respect you if you’re not a white woman I was so disrespected I arrived on time sat down, was about to receive my service and was asked to move to another salon chair because the older white lady walked in and wanted my spot. I obliged and they tried to do it for a second time with another older white lady walking in and I told her I’m not doing that. I want my service done. My money is green just like yours respect me and please do my service to be in the salon for over two hours and $75 plus tip in my acrylic nail pops up on the same day is ridiculous.

I absolutely love it here! The price for a full set is great compared to other nail salons i had been too. The nail techs here are so talented and are also really welcoming!

Diana did a Mani-Pedi and she killed it! Pedicure was the standard option ($30) and included a scrub and hot stones. Manicure was my first-ever acrylic set ($70 including all artwork, which was intricate and took awhile). She was patient as I asked her to even out the shape and the French polish, and took her time on the design even though the shop was closing and I was one of three patrons left.
Price was very reasonable, be sure to bring cash or use Venmo for tips! Thank you Diana for your amazing work!!

The thing I love is going to nail salons I've never been to before and having people think that it's my first time getting my nails done to see how they treat me. In this case, the woman who did my nails did not treat me well. She was very short with me, and actually endangered my skin by not giving me UV protection gloves and then continuing to require me to put my FULL hand under the UV light even when it was just a base coat, not gel related.
I understand Saturdays are busy, but cutting corners is never okay. It was very bad service, and all I did was sit there and talk sweetly and patiently.
I probably won't come back. I came on very high recommendation from someone who loves the salon, but it simply wasn't worth the drive.
Cleanliness: It was clean and that's good at least.
Stylist: Do not know her name but she was very short. Also she filed my pinky nails off after I specifically asked her to leave them long so she wouldn't cut them.
