This company used XPO shipping. Never heard of them before this, would never use them again. My father has terminal brain cancer with only a few months left. The bed was supposed to be delivered on a Friday, never came. Supposed to be delivered on Saturday & Monday.. never came. Tuesday, being the 4th day I dedicated to receiving the bed, they told me it was too late to make delivery & they would try to deliver it the next day or following. The day they canceled delivery, my father ended up falling & I needed to place him on hospice & move him to another facility. The company charged me over 2000$ in shipping costs & “restocking” & the people were nasty the entire duration of the refund process. Also, they had the nerve to request that I pay for the shipping for the sheets & remote control which actually happened to be delivered on time. I pray that you potential customers read this before moving forward with this company. If these are the types of people we rely on to assist in providing proper care to our terminal loved ones, I fear that we have already lost the battle. These people are vultures who take advantage of the vulnerable. Also, I’d love to see their 2024 profit & loss because I guarantee they write the shipping & restocking as a loss & don’t come out of pocket one penny despite “recouping” their 2k+ from my family.

Ordered recliner lift chair. Got lift chair no recliner as wanted. They will not take my return and I reported right after delivery. $2000 and can't use.
