I am amazed with my experience in this branch of Bank of America (Southhampton PA) . Dali Sanodze who helped me with my problems. She was very detail oriented and patient. She was very positive and very professional. Thank you very much Bank of America for having such a Great team helping us

Wildly unhelpful at this location. My daughter’s savings account was being charged $5 a month due to their error in setting it up. Took 4 trips to this location over four months to try and fix it. It was never fixed. On my last trip there they were trying to get me to convert her account to an investment fund. She’s 14! All I want is a basic savings that will not penalize her her $5 a month so she can learn how to save money. After an hour of this I finally just closed her account and went to another bank that was more helpful and understanding and is not charging her fees for every little thing.

I needed to simply deposit two checks into one business account. I'm not the business owner so I couldn't use the ATM. Two people greeted me at the door and asked what they could help me with, I said "just a deposit" and they pointed me to the only teller. I waited in line. A time-consuming transaction was happening ahead of me.The greeters offered to "help" with a tablet, but then said they can't do business deposits from the tablet. Then they changed their minds and said they would "try to do it". The person scanned my two checks, then asked me if I need a receipt. (really? of course I need a receipt). I was told they could mail a receipt, but if I need one now that's not possible. I said that on a different visit someone printed a receipt for me. The response was "oh really, we can print receipts?"They submitted the deposit transaction and the manager retrieved the printed receipt for me. On my way out the door I noticed that it only showed one of the checks, not both. I returned to ask for a correction. At that point (20+ minutes after I arrived) the teller was open! It took the manager another 5 minutes to print a second receipt for the second check.Sadly the small business I work with has to use BOA for some reason, so I'm stuck with it for these deposits, but I would NEVER willingly be a BOA customer. Bad experience almost every time I walk through the door.

They have poor customer service. They judge you and do not really help you. Just go to any bank company all together

Horrible staff. Very rude and unprofessional. The entire staff needs to be retrained (Managers included) on customer service. They ask personal questions that have nothing to do with your account. Just overall unprofessional. Thank goodness that location has Anna. She is the sole reason I did not cancel my account with BOFA today. Be like Anna.

Apparently no mask policy here. Managers, tellers, customers all not wearing masks. Apparently this location has beaten COVID.

During a trying time in my life when I needed to get my banking and financial life in order with my personal lifestyle, Bank of America was there for me during the trying times of covid life in America. All of the staff did an amazing job of helping me out. John the branch manager- top notch.
