“Tom Adams and Tim Pokalsky have been thoroughly pleasant to deal with. After getting a quote on three doors that we need/want replaced, and being shocked at the price, we decided to give Tom Adams a try. The price was several thousand dollars less for the exact same doors for the same brand, and Tim has been very helpful and kind. He was pretty patient when my boys were touching all the doors nad hardware in the store as well. High recommended.”
“We hired Specialty Flooring in Roslyn to install carpet in two rooms and were really pleased with both the turnaround time and the price. Their rates are very competitive compared to the bigger flooring companies, but the quality and service were top-notch.
After seeing how great the carpet turned out, we decided to have them redo our kitchen floor—and I’m so glad we did! The job was finished in just a couple of hours, and everything looks fantastic.
Tom, who runs the store, has a wide variety of samples you can browse and even take home to see how they look in your space. The entire team was pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. We’ll definitely be referring Specialty Flooring to our friends and family!”

“Quick response, fair pricing, and incredible results. The team worked within my expedited timeline and completely transformed the space before listing my home for sale. The new floors made the entire first floor feel brighter, cleaner, and more updated. Couldn’t be happier with the quality and professionalism — highly recommend!”
“Awesome experience with owner Joe as well as the installers. Their professionalism and timely installation speaks for its self. They did carpet in our church main hall and stage. VERY GOOD JOB. THANK YOU.”
“We are repeat customers and will never use anyone other than Sue for our flooring needs. Sue is very professional, talented, and helpful in every way. It did not take her very long to know us and know our tastes. She was able to quickly help us find find carpets we loved.Service: Installation”

“After several attempts of me trying to get my rug fixed. They came through for me and sent Jonathan to me. What a relief. Thank you guys for all your help. I was stressed.”
“Stopped by to check out some new flooring options. They had a decent selection, but honestly, the showroom itself felt a bit dated. The seating area was also pretty cramped and not the most comfortable for browsing. Might check elsewhere next time.”
“Me and the boys went here the other day, gambled in the basement, played wiggle ball, and it was the best experience of my life, and I mean thrilling, it was just… breath taking I mean when I say this was one of the best experiences of my life, I mean it, this place is just all around perfect, from the whiffle balls, to the carpets, I love this place. 5 stars.”
“The staff at Friends Floor Covering both in the office and the onsite workers provided incredible support and amazing workmanship at our home. Our greatest satisfaction with LL Flooring in Pennsylvania was particularly due to the very fine work and support of Friends Floor Covering.”
