“Found everything I needed for my finicky son's suit attire. Everything from the suit, shirt, bowtie, belt, socks, shoes and even a pendant and watch! Great, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love the onsite staff on the floor who provides perfect measurements and assists with locating sizes and offers good style and fashion advice ? The tailor onsite is on point too and the tellers are always friendly and personable.”

“The employees greeted me at the door and checked on me while I was browsing. They have a great selection of men’s shoes and casual wear. They have a budget for everyone. They have a young boys section as well. I picked up some loafers for $59.99. I will definitely be shopping there again.”
“Recommended to go here after original store did not carry kid’s suits. There is a decent selection for kids in all sizes and the sets are so reasonably priced, you’ll be back for more if you need them. I would recommend for others. The pictured full suit set was a total of $55.”

“Had the best experience yesterday with Susannah! She went above and beyond to help my sister find new bras that made her feel comfortable and confident. She had great knowledge about the products in store and brought out so many different styles and sizes for my sister to try on so that she could find the best one. Did not catch the manager on duty’s name unfortunately, but shoutout to her as well for going out of her way to check drawers and the back for a pair of shorts I was interested in and then reminded me that I can get free shipping by ordering in store! Great store, great employees. Will be back!!”
“We lost my mom and her wish for the funeral was for everyone to wear bright colors. Knowing I had nothing warm and brightly colored (it was in November and very cold), I dragged myself out to 25 South and the surrounding DW boutiques to try to find something that would fulfill her final wish despite being barely functioning. The kindness I was met with by Jamie that day is something I will never forget. He was understanding, helpful and gentle with my husband and I as we were still processing our grief. As someone who also works in sales, I can say from experience that his genuine kindness and warmth is something that you don’t find much these days. As a result, I will always have good things to say about the DW boutiques and particularly their employee Jamie. Go see him and he will take very good care of you-”

“This Old Navy location is very nice. The store is very clean and nicely organized. Everything is neatly stocked up and has a decent selection of available sizes. “Juan was incredibly helpful today! I visited the Guess store at Philadelphia mills while shopping for an outfit for a wedding party. I haven’t shopped in store in years and he immediately made me feel comfortable and made the experience a breeze. He was patient when I was unsure and offered his professional opinion when needed. He escorted me to the changing room while carrying my clothes and made sure if I needed anything after trying my clothes on to let him know. Needless to say everything fit perfectly and thanks to him I was in and out and dressed to impress in no time. This level of professionalism isn’t often found in retail and he far exceeded my expectations.”

“I really like Windsor for the most part. They have a decent selection to choose from. However, in my opinion, the store is way too small for the amount of people that are always in there, and they are SEVERELY understaffed. There are always lines at the dressing rooms, and I've only ever seen 1 or 2 employees working at one time. I've never had a bad experience with an employee, but I still think they need at least 3-4 people working.
I also didn't like this at all - My daughter chose the dress that she wanted, but we needed it in a smaller size. They said that they could order it and that if it didn't fit, we could return it. She kept looking and found another one that she liked more. When I went to purchase it, the employee told me that it was non-refundable. I don't think that's fair. Why is it acceptable to return something that I order online but not acceptable to return something that I bought in-store? If they could tell people why this is their policy, it would help a lot.
Overall, they have nice dresses for very reasonable prices. We do shop here almost exclusively for dresses, but the size of the store makes it uncomfortable to be in, and again, there are not enough employees to handle all of the customers. I'll be back, but I hope that some of these things change in the future.”
