I called to schedule an appointment for an issue with my car. My husband called, then I called, mentioned the referral more than once and the issues with the car more than once. We agreed for a date and time that would work best. I confirmed the date and time before ending the call. I called off of work, drove almost an hour or to this guy who says "sorry, I don't have an appointment for you and today won't work." I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism after reiterating the fact that we spoke and mentioning the danger behind continuing to drive my car in its current state. I wonder if my appointment magically disappeared from his appointment book when I got there because he saw I was black smh. He had no remorse whatsoever to add insult to injury. I am sorely disappointed in this excuse for a reputable business.

Dave is extremely honest, competent, and reasonable. Everything you want in a mechanic. I'm glad that when I'm here in Pennsylvania visiting family, that Dave's shop is nearby, so he get my car ready for the long trip back to the west coast.
