“Gary is the best! I was stressing out because I forgot to stop in earlier in the day & it was the last day for their BOGO gallon paint promotion. I showed up 2 minutes before the store was set to close & Gary had my paint mixed up within minutes, packaged it up, AND walked it out to my truck for me. “Great staff, very helpful. The wallpaper selection is phenomenal and they even let you check out the wallpaper books to take home and see the samples in the room. They helped us pick out a wallpaper, helped us pick paint, and have some great tips. When we picked up the wallpaper initially we found it wasn't quite right and was missing some metallic ink (not the businesses fault) and they reached out to the supplier and got a reprint of the roll for us and kept us in the loop the whole time! Great prices too!”

“I never had an issue with Sherwin Williams. I recently had a problem however their network of Customer Service was remarkable. I spoke to Asia at the Main office and she was very understanding and referred my complaint to the Philadelphia City District Manager Jeffery Kostusiak. I was amazed by his outstanding representation of Sherwin Williams. He was very sympathetic and immediately wanted to resolve my issue. I will continue to be a loyal company of Sherwin Williams because they truly care about their customers!”

“Staff was extremely helpful. I learned about choosing colors, coverage, paints, tints....what a change from buying paint at home depot and needing to repaint so quickly. So worth it to invest in decent paint and shop locally where the staff are available and knowledgeable to help. I definately recommend this store, worth the drive.”
