I spoke to Asia at the Main office and she was very understanding and referred my complaint to the Philadelphia City District Manager Jeffery Kostusiak. I was amazed by his outstanding representation of Sherwin Williams. He was very sympathetic and immediately wanted to resolve my issue. “Staff was extremely helpful. I learned about choosing colors, coverage, paints, tints....what a change from buying paint at home depot and needing to repaint so quickly. So worth it to invest in decent paint and shop locally where the staff are available and knowledgeable to help. I definately recommend this store, worth the drive.”
