“I went to the store to further educate myself on cabinet paint for mom's kitchen. The owner (Rob I think but not sure...sorry forgot his name already) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He really knows his product and best practices. Nothing like person to person customer service which you'll never get at box home centers. Friendly, we ended up chatting about current events, such a gentleman. I'm buying my paint from this store on Street Rd. Thank you for excellent service.”

“I had a great experience at this Sherwin Williams! I called ahead to order a dozen paint samples and Jasmine was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough, reading the color names back to me to ensure they were correct. She let me know in advance which colors would require primer, and even though the website said there wasn’t sufficient inventory for a few of my colors, she checked and found a few more for me. When I got to the store, I noticed that everything was very well stocked and orderly — even the paint chips station was immaculate, which is rare for a busy paint store. I really appreciate Jasmine going above and beyond for me. I will definitely be back!”

“I have had a really noteworthy great experience with the Sherwin Williams Feasterville store this month. The staff at this location has far exceeded any customer service I have ever received. I have dealt the most with Aiyana. Which she for over a week worked with me to get the items that I needed to complete my project. She went above and beyond to find everything and get it to the store as quickly as possible, making it so convenient for me. She was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and had a great personality. I even had a 2nd good experience from a worker yesterday who admitted he was on the newer side, Austin, which he also was a pleasure to work with and any question he didn’t know, he made an effort to find the answer for me. He was motivated, helpful, and generally seemed to enjoy his job. Which was nice to see.”
“I’ve been to this location a handful of times now and Steve is great. Noticing I was holding a baby, he once carried a few gallons of paint to my car for me. He always seems to be juggling multiple customers at one time by asking who needs paint to get a head start on mixing paints. They have pretty much anything you would need for a painting project in stock. Would recommend this location.”

“After having a lot of trouble getting an appropriate color to paint my foyer, I went into the Warrington Store 20 mins before closing - very frustrated and upset about the problems I had been having.
The young man at the store , despite the hour and my apparent upset, welcomed me in and asked how he could help. His name is Johanser and he was so kind and patient. He helped me lay out some color chips and I chose a color called Spinach White. (slight green tint). Johanser mixed me a sample, and after scooting back into the store from the parking lot 2 more times to ask questions, I finally left him to close up.
At home I painted a couple of swatches on the walls and knew I had the right pick. The next morning, the color was completely dry and it was perfect!
Went back into the store today and was assisted by the Manager, Ryan and the assistant Manager Mike, who mixed me up a 5 gallon tub and found me a 30% discount I could use.
Will absolutely be going back to this store for all my painting needs!
NOTE: If you wear glassed, take them off before definitively deciding on a color. Glasses have a 'tint' to them and the paint will look different with and without. Also, take into consideration the lighting in the store vs lighting in your home. In addition, paint looks different after it dries - sometimes a lot. Finally, always, always, always buy a small sample and try it out, and let it dry - preferably overnight, then make your final decision.”
“Love the Sunday hours. Olivia is wonderful. Patient reviewing my measurements and recommending LESS paint than I thought I needed. Although I have used Benjamin Moore products for 15 years, I was curious about new It's Bath and Spa as well as their Regal line. Olivia answered all my questions and demonstrated her knowledgeable about the Benjamin Moore products. Never flustered with number of customers waiting to s/W her either. Recommended store.”
