“Gary is the best! I was stressing out because I forgot to stop in earlier in the day & it was the last day for their BOGO gallon paint promotion. I showed up 2 minutes before the store was set to close & Gary had my paint mixed up within minutes, packaged it up, AND walked it out to my truck for me. He wasn’t the least bit irritated I showed up at closing & I was extremely appreciative! Will continue to use this location after this experience ?”

“A young guy with curly hair helped us with our painting needs. I had a custom color match from another Sherwin Williams that I thought wasn’t well matched but he explained to me that the small samples and gallons slightly differ because of the amount of color codes. I didn’t get his name, but he was there Sunday morning at 11am and he even helped us carry all the paint to our car. This guy deserves some recognition or a raise!! “I didn’t even know this place was here! Never needed paint before! When we needed paint, I realized this place was one block away from my office! I called them and Rod was the first person to help me! Told me to come in and he would guide me! I walked in and was overwhelmed! He said not to worry - gave me four small pamphlets and said “go home and look through here. Once you have some ideas of what you want, come back and I’ll give you swatches.” Great! Easy and simple as I couldn’t look through all the pretty colors - also don’t have enough time to do so! Looked through the pamphlets with my husband, picked what we wanted! Went back and showed Chris the four colors we wanted! It took him maybe 5 min to make four little samples of what we wanted! Again, so easy! Went home and tested on the walls! Then we knew what we wanted so I called them and they helped efficiently guide us on what gloss and how much paint to get (quart vs gallon, eggshell vs semi gloss…) I ordered it on the phone (again took less than five min) and picked it up later as they had it all ready for me! Could not have been easier! Best most efficient use of my time! I totally trust Rod and Chris and I can’t wait to paint! 10000% we will go back and use them all the time! For now, this was THE BEST, easiest, most efficient, pleasant , amazing experience of the whole room renovation we are doing! Highly recommend!!!!!!!”
