When my bank wouldn't help, Quaint Oak stepped in and helped us get a PPP loan. They are the greatest. Couldn't recommend them enough. Very customer service friendly and always goes above and beyond to help us.

Avoid these people at any price. We were almost missing out on Pay Check Protection plan loan because of their lies. Finally, another bank resolved it for us. We spoke with a "relationship manager" he requested the bunch of documents after we had sent them over we never heard back. We kept trying to reach out to him, totally avoided us. We even emailed the CEO, all b.s answers, they would reach back out to us which they never did. Thankfully the last day of the application another bank did the trick. Avoid these people at any price really super unprofessional, waste of time.

Quaint Oak Bank helped us get our PPP loan. They are very professional , customer service oriented and pleasure to do business with. They treat you as a customer not as account number and always willing to help you with your business. This is the big difference working with a community bank versus a big bank. Very rewarding experience. I highly recommend them.

Quaint Oak Bank, and especially Jonathan Klass are AMAZING! The best customer service ever, anywhere. Jonathan helped us get through a tough time, and went to extraordinary effort (even at 9:00 at night) to make everything work. When I was hearing from all my friends with small business' having trouble getting their PPP loan started, mine was already processed and waiting for funding. Quaint Oak got us across the finish line without any issues - and when I asked if they could help some of my friends out - they welcomed the challenge and addressed their needs as well. My big bank (that I have had an account at since I was 5 years old and have had my business account at for 7 years now) prioritized companies like Ruth's Chris and Shake Shack when processing PPP loans meant for true small businesses like mine. I was completely passed over despite applying within the very first hour of the very first day these loans were available. I tried for a month to get in touch with someone and failed. Out of desperation I applied at Quaint Oak for the second round of funding. Despite the fact that I had no relationship with them Nicholas Consolo reached out to me the very next day to process my application. I am so appreciative of his willingness to assist. Smaller banks (and businesses!) are always better!

I was abandoned by my big bank when applying for my PPP loan. My accountant recommended Quaint Oak Bank. Despite the stress of processing hundreds of loans, my processor Nick Consolo responded quickly to all of my questions. I’m extremely grateful for their assistance during this stressful time.
