Ever since 7/11 bought this brand, this gas station has sucked. From gift cards to their pumps being down, everything just sucks here.

Big issue with dark skin girl cashier with glasses. Said she was assistant manager I walk up to the counter ask for a pack of smokes. She didn't even make eye contact with me. She was on her phone, she said all we have is hundreds, I knodded on my head yes. Then I sat there a minute while she was still on her phone, still no eye contact. I said do you want me to grab them. She said I didn't answer her. I said yeah and you would have seen that if you were looking at me. She then says, fine I'm not going to serve you and told me to get out.

There are plenty of pumps. Easy access and exit. Nice price per gallon.

I had an issue with my Grubhub order this morning and the manager (Bree) got on the phone and took care of it immediately! Bree was polite, professional and accommodating! She encompasses what customer service should consist of and is an asset to your establishment! 5 star experience!

I stop here 5 mornings a week. In the last 3 months this location has gotten progressively worse and worse. For 2 weeks the ice machine was not working...2 weeks! This morning I notified the attendant the soda machine need to be refilled. I was told that it takes too long. I was the only one in the store!!!! There was no prepared food at all! This happens quite frequently. So sad that a convenience store is so inconvenient

Very unprofessional and Rude. I made a call and the service person in tge store a young lady hung up the phone twice. The third call she was very rude and would not tell me the price of premium gas. I use the application upside and she refused to assist me. Will never go get my gas at this station. Professionalism will help this bisiness keep it's customer.

The cell phone payment units do not work (I only know of one that does out of the eight pumps), one of the point of sale interfaces for the pump never pushed the payment through at all, it just spun. The roof doesn't actually cover half the pumps, so if it's raining, you have no cover. The window squeegees seem to all be broken off.The location is convenient, and it is very easy to leave on the Street Road side eastbound when the light is red.
