I have been with Total Medical Solutions for 5 years and can't see myself with anyone else. I can't say enough good things about them.
Everyone is so nice and so helpful, this includes the office staff and the techs.
They treat you like family.

Starting using Total Medical Solutions after switching from another oxygen supplier. I went from using a portable concentrator to using tanks. Delivery was great with a new home concentrator and tanks. Tech was awesome showed me how to use the regulator with the tanks. I had a few billing issues and reached out their office and they fixed everything. It was from the previous company not them. I would recommend them for any oxygen needs.

I cannot fully express how amazing Eric and his coworkers from Total Medical Solutions have been to my family over the last 6 years. My mom was on oxygen 24/7 and we could always count on TMS to come help when there was a problem with her concentrator or when we needed more tanks, etc.
We could call TMS anytime and would always get the help we needed. Eric was on top of his stuff! Always making sure that we had an ample supply of oxygen tanks, tubing, etc so we didn’t have to worry. Eric and crew were always knowledgeable and caring. They treated my mom with kindness and compassion during the hardest years of her life. We were treated like family. If we called with a problem, Eric and staff were sure to come to our house to help us in a timely fashion. My mom also suffered from extreme anxiety, so knowing that TMS would help us quickly with any concerns or needs really helped ease her mind!!! We would highly recommend TMS for all of your oxygen and other needs. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Get bill for a walker...$123.23.... after write offs, MEDICARE , the balance is $11.24. Which they seem to think I owe them.....Well. I NEVER bought a walker from them.. Picked mine up at the hospital, signed and paid for by MEDICARE, $70.oo...... So who are you folks ????? Seems fishy ... So the answer you sent was that you seem to be the supplier for the hospital..I will check...Still why are you charging $123.23 for te same walker that goes for $35.oo on Amazon or even $79.oo at CVS ???

John, the tech who set up my mom's Oxygen, was fabulous! He gave me a training course in the setup, he came out twice to assure that Mom was comfortable and her Ox was good, and he answered my calls with answers to my many questions. Gold star and smiley face for John; give him a raise 💰!

A 5 star experience at Total Medical Solutions (TMS)My Dad had been using an Oxygenator (oxygen concentrator ) for years thru Total Medical solutions. We received a call about 6 months ago that they didn’t accept my parents new insurance. They assured us they were not just going to take it away until we were all settled and could secure a new unit. We never had any problems with TMS, good customer service, fast acting! I called yesterday over 6 months later to say it’s ok to pick the concentrator up. The guy came today was nice, courteous, respectful and loved where he worked. You probably don’t hear this often enough Total Medical Solutions but we appreciate you!! Thank you for caring so genuinely for your patients/ customers.

They out the worst company when comes to delivery diabetes supplies and tracking number . You would too think company would take diabetes more seriously and send out supplies necessary for condition. Absolutely don't give rats behind ??????

I was very grateful to get oxygen delivered on short notice and the delivery person was extremely nice and helpful. However, I was asked to pay for the oxygen because my insurance company wouldn't approve it in advance, which I was okay with, and the $200 cost wasn't terrible. My issue is that I filed a claim for reimbursement and my insurance paid them $105, 4 months ago. When I called to ask for a refund of the insurance paid amount the office manager was extremely rude and talked down to me. She told me that until my insurance took the payment back or they run an internal audit, they are keeping both payments. And then she hung up on me!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Delivered a filthy mattress to my home. Guy told me it was brand new, that he had just took it out of box the previous day. I removed the old ripped up transport cover only to be horrified what was underneath, Body fluid stained mattress. I called customer service only to find a very rude person on the other end of line. Please don’t deal with this company as they have poor business practices. There are much better medical supply companies in the area.

While I needed an emergency nebulizer- I called that day and Patty- very professional- helped get one out to me. Joe was very professional and took his time to be sure everything was set up and working. I recommend this company as they work WITH you to be sure you get the equipment you need. Thank you for having my health as important as it is to me. I also spoke with Steve who explained the ins and outs and I was greatful for his time. Respectfully Submitted.
