Very convenient location ,nice building, not crowded office but the worst service you ever can get . Even with appointment scheduled they make you wait just because they can. Very mean, not helpful at all.

Rude and very slow front clerks. Take personal calls in front of customers. Have conversations with each other while a line formsnand customers are greeted with an attitude. I dread going to this post office. Better off making a few minute's drive to the Feasterville one.

We visited this post office on a Monday afternoon for finger printing. We reached there at 12:06 and we were done by 12:15. The staff Suzanne was very helpful and extremely kind.
This is the first time I felt USPS can be welcoming and helpful. Kudos to the staff in this location.

Hi,I wanted to let you know Francis did a great job for me last Feb 7, 2024. I was sent a package from Moldova. ( RB460007157MD ) It took from Jan 9 to Jan 12 to get to Queens, NY. From there it went to St Louis then Kansas, from there it disappeared for 10 Days. I called your Southampton Branch and was told there was nothing that could be done. Wait the correct number of days and file a claim. (This was after the correct days required. but your system would not let me file the claim) again I was told nothing could be done.Then It showed up in Phila and I figured it was found. Not so lucky, it started doing a round robin from Phila to Scranton then Lehigh valley and Back to Phila for another go round. I tried your Southampton office again and got Francis on the line, he looked it up said it was probably missing a bar code and immediately sent an email to the last 3 sort centers, The package was delivered the next day.Thank-you Francis

Matt is the absolute best. I had a package that had a shipping error and it kept bouncing around from post office to post office and Matt personally contacted another post office to have them fix the error and ensured that my package would be delivered with no further issues. He really went above and beyond and I truly appreciate that.

I came to take fingerprints and I was met by a woman who was already negative, when I asked her to help me, she talked to the staff and laughed without paying attention to my requests.

Did passport photos with them. Received a notice from passport processing them that the photo was an improper resolution and that I should go to a local post office to ensure proper photographs are captured for processing… ?♂️ delayed processing by three months. The post office refuses to retake photos for me.

I had appointment for my son for us passport on April, the staff did mistake when filled up my application I received a letter in 3 months about it and I need to bring my son, my husband again for new appointment. Also staff was not friendly and not helpful I think because of my English
